That’s a very good list, thanks for creating it.
Just an (obvious) caveat on the Richmond Night Market.
The line-ups and waits are often long to get into the market. I don’t know if it’s still run by the same organizer but the admission fees are ridiculous. Even before covid, admission fees would increase a few times during the event. I have no doubt in my mind the organizer is taking advantage of the merchants/vendors and they of course must charge additional ridiculously high prices too and less than “so-so” quality.
Greedflation is a real thing and as a “life long” supporter of the Richmond Night Market at both locations since the start of the decade, I can say it’s quite tragic on what’s become of it especially since in Asia, and in Taiwan in particular, there’s no admission fee to access their night markets. But what else is there to do in the summer in our no-fun city?
