Whitecaps Celebrate 1979 Championship with Home Opener Ticket Deal

Vancouver Whitecaps FC will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 1979 NASL Soccer Bowl Championship by offering 1,979 tickets for the March 2, 2019 home opener for just $19.79.

Single match tickets for all 2019 matches go on sale this Thursday, January 31 at 10:00am. Fans can sign-up for the ‘Caps Insider to receive pre-sale access to single match tickets, starting on Monday, January 28, 2019.

Whitecaps FC open their 2019 MLS season at 3:00pm on Saturday, March 2 at BC Place as head coach Marc Dos Santos leads the team for the first time against Minnesota United FC. Last year, the ‘Caps set a club record for home opener attendance with a sold-out crowd of 27,837 watching a 2-1 victory over Montreal Impact.

Single match tickets will be available for purchase at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centres, online, or Charge-by-Phone at 1-855-6-GO-CAPS (1-855-646-2277). BCAA members receive access to exclusive ticket offers.
