The Housing Affordability Crisis

Housing affordability has reached an all-time low, with rental prices soaring to unprecedented heights. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development now ranks Canada as having the most expensive housing market among all other G7 countries. Metro Vancouver has witnessed a surge in competition for rental units, leaving countless young individuals struggling to secure a stable living environment.
