Robson Square Ice Rink Skating 2014-2015

The Robson Square Ice Rink opens for the season on December 1st and will feature free skating and wintery activities through to February 28, 2015.

The popular downtown ice rink, operated by the Government of BC, will be open on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and for other special events and occasions. There is no fee to enjoy the rink but rentals are available for $4 if you require a pair of skates. Helmets are included with skate rental and ice cleats are available for $2.

Robson Square Ice Rink Skating Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
Friday and Saturday: 9:00am to 11:00pm

Christmas Eve (December 24th): 9:00am to 9:00pm
Christmas Day (December 25th): 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Boxing Day (December 26th): 9:00am to 9:00pm
New Year’s Eve (December 31st): 9:00am to 11:00pm
New Year’s Day (January 1st): 9:00am to 9:00pm

Robson Square is participating in the Rogers Santa Claus Parade on December 7 by hosting Photos with Santa.

Sally Skates with The Salvation Army
Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 11:00am to 3:00pm
Join the Salvation Army for skating games, great music, entertainment and overall Christmas merriment. Bring a non-perishable food item to support The Salvation Army’s food programs in Vancouver and receive a free hot chocolate.

12 Days of Christmas
December 13th to December 24th, 2014
The 12 days of Christmas are a festive time of year at the Robson Square Ice Rink. Bring your family and friends down to the ice rink this holiday season for a music series as local musicians will perform your holiday favourites from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
