Aunt Leah’s Christmas Tree Lots 2012

Comments 52 by Rebecca Bollwitt

Aunt Leah’s Christmas Tree Lots are opening tomorrow in several locations around Metro Vancouver. What sets these lots apart is that they are a major annual fundraiser for Aunt Leah’s Place, which helps make a difference in the lives of foster kids, mothers, and babies.

Aunt Leah’s helps prevent children in foster care from becoming homeless (at age 19) and mothers in need from losing custody of their children. They help them on their journey to self-sufficiency, provide housing, job training and coaching on essential life skills.

We discovered Aunt Leah’s last Christmas. With people that this service provides for working the lot, it is easy to see the benefit & need and for this program to continue. A great place to buy a Christmas tree.
