Burnaby

  • Haunted Village at Burnaby Village Museum
    • Step into a world of enchantment and intrigue October 22-26 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Burnaby Village Museum (6501 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby). Journey through some of the most captivating, spooky, and timeless tales and legends from around the globe. Wander through the 10-acre open-air site, featuring dramatic lighting and encounter scenes.   • Central Spark
    • There is free fun for everyone Friday, October 24th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm including spooky entertainment, a lively dance party with a DJ, delicious bites from food trucks, spooky entertainment, photo ops, a dazzling drone light display, and a spectacular fireworks show. Located at Patterson Ave (Kingsway to Central Blvd) & Central Park (Kingsway & Patterson Ave).
  • Ghouls & Goblins Toonie Skate

  • Pumpkins After Dark

  • Trick or Treating at Metropolis at Metrotown
    • Join the celebration at Metropolis at Metrotown on Friday, October 31st from 1:00pm and 5:00pm with balloon creations with Mr. C, face painting, and a thrilling 360° Photo Experience to capture your family’s Halloween costumes in style and make lasting memories together. Throughout the day, kids can go trick-or-treating with participating retailers across the centre. 

Coquitlam

  • Heritage Halloween at Mackin House
    • Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at Mackin House (1116 Brunette Ave, Coquitlam). Visit for Halloween crafts, candy, face painting, and get a chance to check out the decorated train caboose.

Langley

  • Whimsic Alley Halloween (7166 198 St, Langley) October 24-26 and 31; November 1, 2025.
    • This home in Langley is hosting a Harry Potter-themed Halloween for the 9th year. The outdoor walkthrough experience through Diagon Alley and stop by the Leaky Cauldron. Admission by donation to the Langley Food bank.
  • Halloween at Willowbrook
    • Friday, October 31 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Start at the Concierge Desk to pick up a Willowbrook treat tote (while supplies last), then follow the festive balloons to participating retailers to collect treats. The first 1,000 children who come in costume will receive a complimentary tote bag to carry their Halloween treasures. Admission is free and no registration is required.

North Vancouver

  • Wickedly Wonderful Trick-or Treating at Capilano Mall
    • October 31st from 3:00pm to 5:00pm the Grand Court will be alive with spooky beats as a DJ spins haunting hits that will get your bones moving on the dance floor. Keep your eyes peeled for a trio straight out of Oz—Elphaba, Glinda, and Fiyero—ready for magical meet-and-greets and frightfully fun photos. Trick-or-treating takes over the mall, so visit stores marked with a spooky decal to unearth ghoulish goodies (while supplies last). Guest Services will be handing out sweet treats, and the first 50 families to arrive will snag a $5 Capilano Mall gift card.
  • Canyon Frights at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
    • Friday, October 10 until Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park (3735 Capilano Rd, North Vancouver).   • Halloween Hoot at Richmond Nature Park
    • October 18-29, 2025 free! Drop in to the Nature Park to view Halloween decorations along the Pond Trail. Pumpkins available for purchase during this family friendly event that runs rain or shine.
  • Minoru Halloween Fireworks Festival
    • Friday, October 31, 2025 from 6:30pm to 9:15pm at Minoru Park (7191 Granville Avenue, Richmond). This year’s theme is “Creepy Carnival”, and the event promises a thrilling evening packed with entertainment and spooky fun for all ages. Guests will enjoy a live performance from the Show Stoppers Glee Club, roving performers, carnival-style games, and the artistry of professional pumpkin carvers. The night will conclude with a spectacular fireworks finale at 9:00pm, lighting up the sky above Minoru Park. This is a free, family-friendly event suitable for all ages. Costumes are encouraged.

Surrey

  • Spooktacular Newton
    • Surrey’s only Halloween street festival is Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 11:00am to 4:00pm offering a day of free spooky fun. Enjoy trick-or-treating, mini golf, a kids’ zone, face painting, food trucks, a haunted train, dance performances, a spooky theatre, and pick a pumpkin with a donation to the Surrey Food Bank. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes for an event filled with fun and spooky activities.
  • BOO-seum Halloween Party
    • Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Museum of Surrey (17710 56A Ave, Surrey) get into the Halloween spirit at this free family-friendly Halloween party. Create crafts, enjoy the photobooth, join the costume parade, and catch spooky performances by the Re-enactors in the theatre.

  • Haunted Halloween Walkthrough

  • Main Street Safe Trick or Treat
    • October 31st from 3:00pm to 6:00pm from East 5th to East 30th on Main, and the Plaza at Main & 14th. Free! Wander Mount Pleasant along Main Street and visit over 100 participating businesses for trick or treating. Look for the pumpkin poster in the window.
  • Howl-Over Halloween at FlyOver Canada
    • October 9-31, 2025 at FlyOver Canada at Canada Place. Follow Biker Mama’s broomstick flight path as she guides you through our original Canadian experience from a bewitching perspective. She may be out-of-this-world, but we promise she’s a local. Tickets available online in advance.
  • Fin-Tastic Fall Days at the Aquarium
    • On now until October 31, 2025 at the Vancouver Aquarium (845 Avison Way, Vancouver). Tickets are available for purchase online. Families can make cozy autumn memories surrounded by 65,000 incredible animals—from otters to octopuses. This year, they’ve partnered with La Luna Events, so the party is bigger and better than ever. Get a spooky design painted on your face, enjoy live music, and more.
  • Parade of Lost Souls: Little Souls
    • Friday, November 1st from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, location to be announced October 31st. The family-friendly Parade of Little Souls will be at 6:30pm, followed by the main event from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Free admission.
  • Halloween at Kingsgate Mall
    • Trick or Treat at Kingsgate Mall (370 E Broadway) on October 31st from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Free! Visit the mall for a series of events throughout the month including mask making (October 25) and a pumpkin display. There’s also the Dream Horror Haunted House on site but the minimum age is 13.
