Timber is abandoning the idea of an intimate dinner by having a fondue and karaoke party! Our favourite neighbourhood gastropub is serving up cheesy karaoke on February 14th, where you can belt out your best power ballads and duets with a sweetheart or a group of friends.

Enjoy the 100% BC wine list, and dishes made from local ingredients, from local farmers, fishers, and foragers. Look for tasty nibbles throughout the deluxe menu such as:  bison shortrib, marrow pomme puree, wild mushrooms, Dungeness crab, fresh oysters, and Northern Divine caviar as well as even more.
