Thanksgiving Dinners in Vancouver Dine-In

Make your reservations today for dinner (or brunch) to enjoy these seasonal menus.

Honey Salt (39 Smithe St, Vancouver) will feature a three-course festive dinner from Saturday, October 10 to Monday, October 12 for $48 per person plus tax and gratuity that includes: a choice of for-the-table appetizers (skillet cornbread with thyme, honey butter and sea salt or Brussels sprouts & kale salad with Gala apple, pumpkin seeds, crispy bacon and maple-dijon dressing); an Entrée of Rossdown Farms herb-roasted turkey (sourdough stuffing, broccolini, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pan gravy); and dessert of pumpkin pie (butter crust, vanilla whipped cream). Guests can add-in wine pairings or take a whole pumpkin pie home to enjoy for Thanksgiving feasts for $36. Reserve online in advance.

The Victor steakhouse (upstairs from Honey Salt) will host a Grand Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet on Sunday, October 11 and Thanksgiving themed features nightly from Saturday to Monday of the long weekend. Book a table online in advance.

Provence Marinaside (1177 Marinaside Crescent) Owner/Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia and his team have created a special three-course Thanksgiving menu for $69 available October 7 through 12, so you can enjoy Provence’s tradition-inspired dinner on a day that works for you. Notch8 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (900 W Georgia St, Vancouver) offers a three-course Thanksgiving dinner with a refined take on holiday tradition. The meal begins with a Spiced Butternut Squash Bisque followed by Turkey Ballotine with honey glaze, Brussels sprout, farce de Noël, pomme aligot and a brown butter turkey velouté, before finishing with a pumpkin pavlova. $80 per adult and $49 per child. Reservations can be made online.

Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant (900 Canada Pl, Vancouver) will offer a three-course Thanksgiving Dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm on Sunday, October 11 and Monday, October 12. The dinner will feature a classic Rossdown turkey with traditional accompaniments, as well as plant-based options and seasonal desserts in a warm waterfront setting, for $82 per person and $40 children 6-12 (kids 5 and under eat free) plus tax. Reservations are required. 

Botanist at Fairmont Pacific Rim (1038 Canada Pl, Vancouver) will host Thanksgiving Brunch on October 10, 11 and 12 featuring a seasonal carvery and brunch classics, paired with a welcome beverage and a vinyl DJ for $96 per person plus tax. Reserve online.

Glowbal Restaurant (590 West Georgia) hosts a show-stopping 100+ item Sunday Brunch Buffet on Sunday, October 11 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Reserve your table. $95 per person plus tax and gratuity and $35 per child 12 and under, this signature holiday all-you-can-eat offering showcases an array of classic and contemporary brunch items crafted for every kind of appetite including a chilled seafood buffet, Chef’s Omelette and carving stations, Thanksgiving turkey, eggs Benedicts, hot and cold Items, decadent desserts and more.

The Victor steakhouse hosts the Grand Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet on Sunday, October 11 starting at 9:30am and is available for $90 per adult plus tax and gratuity, $45 for children from 4-10 years old and free for kids under three. The menu showcases a range of traditional and West Coast contemporary brunch features such as fresh sushi and seafood, an eggs-your-way and carving stations with free-range turkey, prime rib and honey roasted ham and a selection of desserts and treats including The Victor’s famous candy and sundae bars. Notch8 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver hosts Thanksgiving Brunch on Sunday, October 11 beginning with a welcome mimosa, before indulging in freshly baked scones, a signature cheese and charcuterie display, a chef-attended carving station and an assortment of desserts from the hotel’s in-house pastry shop. The à la carte menu offers an indulgent selection of seasonal favourites, including duck confit vol au vent, smoked salmon rosti, lobster benedict and steak & eggs. $72 per adult and $36 per child.

ARC Restaurant at Fairmont Waterfront hosts its famous Thanksgiving Bottomless Brunch on Monday, October 12 highlighted by the return of ARC’s signature turkey skillet alongside a variety of seasonal favourites, for $99 per person or $47 for children plus tax. Reserve online to secure your table.

Take-Out Thanksgiving Meals

For take-out options, some deadlines are approached so place your orders as soon as you can.

Glowbal is offering Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go Kits, featuring a made-for-four-people, at-home festive feast that includes a Slow-Roasted Fraser Valley Turkey, Fall Harvest Salad, signature sides, house-made brioche cinnamon rolls, dessert and more. Each kit is available for $145 plus tax and gratuity for pickup between 11:00am and 5:00pm on Sunday, October 11 and can be reserved here while they last.

PICA’s ready-to-eat Thanksgiving Dinner includes traditional turkey breast, side dishes and dessert available for pick-up during Thanksgiving weekend. Pre-order before 3:00pm on Wednesday, October 9 and pick up the meal packages from PICA’s Blue Hat Bakery-Cafe (1505 West 2nd Avenue) on Granville Island between 10:30am to 3:00pm on Saturday, October 10 and 10:30am to 2:30pm on Sunday, October 11th. Pre-order before 3p.m. on Friday, October 9th and pick up during Thanksgiving weekend. Each order serves 2 people, $139/2 servings.

H Tasting Lounge at the Westin Bayshore (1601 Bayshore Dr, Vancouver) offers Turkey Takeout on Sunday, October 11 that includes a fresh herb-marinated whole roasted turkey, served with all the trimmings, mushroom bisque, then dig into creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, apple brioche stuffing with dried apricots and cranberries, rosemary and maple-glazed root vegetables, and honey-roasted Brussels sprouts with cranberries. House-made cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy, freshly baked rosemary brioche rolls and butter complete the savoury spread. For dessert, Pastry Chef Martha Ebro puts a decadent spin on a Thanksgiving classic with her Pumpkin Butterscotch Tart, featuring a sweet vanilla crust, Chantilly cream, candied pumpkin seeds, butterscotch chips and Skor bits. Guests can choose from Turkey to Go ($409) or Carvery to Go ($60 per person), available with a minimum of two and maximum of six meals per order. Pick-up: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm on October 11.

Black+Blue (1032 Alberni St, Vancouver) offers Take-Home Turkey Dinner Kits offer a chef-crafted holiday feast designed to bring the warmth and indulgence of a steakhouse celebration to at-home gatherings with a menu that includes herb-roasted turkey with creamy whipped potatoes, turkey gravy, roasted heirloom carrots and Brussels sprouts, signature focaccia stuffing, house-made cranberry compote and a choice of pumpkin pie or maple pecan tart for dessert. Each kit serves approximately eight people at and is offered for $295 per kit plus tax and gratuity and is available for pickup on Sunday, October 11 or Monday, October 12 from 11:00am to 4:00pm by booking online in advance.

Coast’s Thanksgiving At-Home Kit is also available for $295 per kit plus tax and gratuity and offers a feast for eight that serves up a whole slow-roasted turkey, roasted root vegetables, crispy Brussels sprouts, focaccia stuffing, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce, with classic pumpkin pie and vanilla Chantilly. Reserve your kit and pick it up on  Sunday, October 11 or Monday, October 12 from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Honey Salt will also help holiday hosts spend more time with friends and family and step away from the stove by offering its annual Thanksgiving Dinner to Go packages. Prepared fresh and packaged for pickup October 10 to 12, the festive take-home feast features a herb-roasted Rossdown Farms turkey with pan gravy and cranberry sauce, sides including sourdough stuffing, maple glazed carrots, grilled broccolini, mashed potatoes, butter rolls, Brussels sprouts & kale salad with Dijon dressing and a 10” pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert. Each package is available to book for $425 plus tax for 6-8 hungry guests and is available for convenient pickup from 12:00pm to 5:00pm in front of the JW Marriott hotel entrance.

Fairmont Vancouver’s Notch 8 offers Thanksgiving Turkey To-Go Crafted by Executive Chef Mike Reid with a fully prepared feast, ready for pickup and gentle reheating. Two options are available: a package for four to five guests for $360 and a package for eight to ten guests for $550. Both feature slow-roasted free-range Fraser Valley Turkey, traditional herb brioche stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes, baked macaroni and cheese, honey-spiced carrots, blistered Brussels sprouts, classic pan gravy, cranberry compote, artisan rolls and butter, and gingerbread cheesecake. Orders must be placed by October 6, pickup on October 11.

Railtown Catering offers Thanksgiving To-Go packages fully cooked and ready to heat-and-serve at home which includes: a juicy sage-roasted turkey with all the traditional fixings including apricot chestnut brioche stuffing, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts with toasted almonds plus a classic pumpkin pie finished with Chantilly cream. Book in advance for pickup. Half Size Package $325 serves five to six guests, includes half of a pre-carved sage-roasted turkey, plus traditional giblet gravy, a variety of festive side dishes, and pumpkin pie for dessert. Full Size Package $475 serves ten to twelve guests, includes a pre-carved sage-roasted turkey, traditional giblet gravy, a variety of festive side dishes, and pumkpin pie for dessert.

Railtown will donate partial proceeds from the sale of each Turkey To-Go package to Mission Possible, a non-profit organization that provides street-level care for those with immediate and critical needs in the Downtown Eastside.
