Highlights this year include the Organic Market Section Presented By Nesters Market, a marketplace, the Butterfly Naturopathic clinic, workshops and seminars, cooking demos, a celebrity cooking stage, a kids activity area, and more.
Exhibitors focus on health and wellness, beauty, active living, leisure, healthy aging, kids health, mental well-being, pet health, and living green. Stop by one of the Wellness Show’s six stages: Celebrity Cooking Stage, Living Well Seminar Stage, Women and Wellness, Wellness Workshops, Fitness Demo Stage, and the Dairy Farmers “All you need is Cheese” Seminar.
Tickets are $14.50 (general admission), $12.50 (seniors and students with valid ID), $6.00 (children 5 and under are free). Three-day passes are available for $30.00 and discount tickets can be found online in advance. Cash only at the door.

Keep active every day, and eat healthy foods

Take a 20 minutes nap in the middle of your day.
Start you day with a glass of lemon water!

Do some yoga
Eat lots of vegetables along with a healthy, low sugar, morning cereal and various sources of protein throughout the day. Drink lots of water and milk or a milk alternative. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime snack and have two home made fruit and vegetable smoothies throughout the day.
remember to start your day right with a good breakfast. don’t skip the most important meal of the day!
Keep Hydrated and once in a while put some lemon in it to help clean out your system:) Thanks for the chance!

Juicing is a great detox and weight loss diet
Eat clean and try to exercise more in the great outdoors.
Eat whole foods and exercise daily. Avoid shopping in the centre aisles of grocery stores.
Take a break (even 5 minutes) from it all, and do nothing or something that makes you smile. Listen to music, dance like there’s no tomorrow or just enjoy the outdoors
Have a purposeful tech-free time in your day
have routine in your day and invest in a daily good night sleep.

Hi.my everyday wellness tip is,Drink a glass of room temperature water,(even better with a bit of lemon,or tumeric) every morning when you first get up,before anything else to wake up and cleanse your organs from all their detoxing overnight. Cheers

one word: FIBER. The not so hidden secret to fitness- Chia seeds & Nutracleanse are two of my personal favourite sources of fibre. Add them to shakes, yogurt, pancakes- Options are endless 🙂
Drink tons and tons of water. And prepare a week’s worth of fresh cut fruit and veggies in ziploc baggies each weekend, so they’re easy to grab and go throughout hte week.
Meditate daily, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. Meditation gives wonderful benefits to your life.
