Holiday Menus
Published on Main Holiday
- Where: 3593 Main Street, Vancouver
- When: Now – December 30th
- Details: Published on Main (Michelin Star Recipient) is welcoming the holiday season with the return of its popular December Duck Feast — a limited-edition menu featuring chef-partner Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson’s take on festive winter cooking. Guests are treated to a whole Crown Roast Duck and four accompanying sides. Reservations are recommended as only a set number will be available each evening, now to 30th.
- Published on Main’s December Duck Feast ($175) features a whole Crown Roast Duck seasoned with a mandarin-scented spice blend of cracked pepper, coriander, fennel seed, and Szechuan pepper.

The Winter Lodge at Stanley’s
- Where: Located in Stanley Park, 610 Pipeline Road, Vancouver
- When: Now – February 1, 2026
- Details: Stanley’s Bar & Grill is transforming into Stanley’s Winter Lodge – a cozy, mountain-inspired holiday pop-up tucked beneath the trees, where lanterns glow, snowflakes twinkle, and mulled wine meets cabin-warm comfort. Inside you can expect twinkling snowfall, alpine-inspired details, and a warm ambience – designed to feel like a mountain lodge after a day in the snow. Main dishes start at $26. Menu highlights include:

DL Chicken Festive Holiday Menu
- Where: 6065 University Boulevard, Vancouver (UBC location) or 905 Commercial Drive, Vancouver (East Van location)
- When: Now available until December 31, 2025
- Details: DL Chicken, Vancouver’s original Hot Chicken brand, is serving holiday cheer with the launch of its new DL Holiday Menu, available for the month of December. The line-up features DL Chicken’s signature Holiday Sando, a new Holiday Cake made for sharing, and The Tender Wreath, the ultimate chicken tenders party tray. Guests can pre-order online or order in-person at both its Commercial Drive and UBC locations.

Minami Limited Holiday Shokai
- Where: 1118 Mainland Street, Vancouver
- When: December 1 to 31, 2025
- Details: Minami, Yaletown’s destination for contemporary Japanese cuisine, is celebrating the season with the launch of its limited-time Holiday Shokai, featuring a six-course tasting menu ($125++ per person, with an optional all-BC wine pairing for $45 per person) created by executive chef Alan Ferrer and his culinary team. Chez Christophe Holiday Collection
- Where: 4717 Hastings Street, Burnaby or 1558 Johnston Road, White Rock
- When: Now available for pre-order (order by December 21)
- Details: Award-winning Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie has launched its Christmas Chocolate Collection for 2025, inspired by nostalgic childhood holiday memories. Chez Christophe’s festive collections showcase signature handcrafted chocolate showpieces, four flavours of Bûches de Noël (Yule Logs), Christmas Tree Croissant, limited-edition dragées, bespoke gift boxes, and stocking stuffers, including festive chocolate lollipops starting at $4. The Christmas Chocolate Collection is available now for pre-order online and pickup in-store until December 24, 2025. The Bûche de Noël collection is also now available for pre-order online, with pickup in store on December 23 and 24.

Fairmont Waterfront Hot Chocolate Pop-Up
- Where: 900 Canada Place, Vancouver
- When: Every Friday until December 19 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm
- Details: HYPE Chocolate and Fairmont Waterfront once again join in partnership, marking the season with the launch of a luxurious Hot Chocolate Pop-Up. This treat reimagines the summer’s popular Artisanal Ice Cream Pop-Up, and will transform the hotel lobby into a warm and cozy spot for holiday indulgence. A curated selection of HYPE’s beloved chocolate bars will also be available to purchase, each co-branded with Fairmont Waterfront’s logo to provide the perfect holiday gift this winter.
- The bars range from $13-18 each, while the hot chocolate is priced at $8 per cup, including unlimited toppings.

Mon Paris Pâtisserie Signature Holiday Collection
- Where: 1731 Manitoba Street, Vancouver (Olympic Village location) or 4396 Beresford Street, Burnaby (Burnaby location)
- When: Now available for pre-order, pickup only December 22 to 24 from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Details: Mon Paris Pâtisserie has launched their much-anticipated holiday treats. Menu highlights include:
- Bûches de Noël (Yule Logs)
- Snow Flowers with dark chocolate biscuit, hazelnut crunch, Fererro Rocher, and hazelnut chocolate mousse
- Winter White biscuit with coconut strudel, exotic mango and passion fruit compote, and coconut mousse
- Ginger House made with banana cake, diced banana compote, and caramel mousse
Holiday Meals/Turkey To-Go

Provence Marinaside Turkey To-Go
- Where: 1177 Marinaside Crescent, Vancouver
- When: Deadline to place orders is December 22, pickup December 23 and 24 until 2:45pm
- Details: Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia and the kitchen brigade are coming to the rescue by offering Provence’s popular Turkey-To-Go, a traditional Christmas dinner for only $51 per person. Each individual dinner is pre-cooked and only requires re-heating to serve. The full meal includes carved turkey, roasted vegetables, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, dinner roll, and fondant au chocolate for dessert. Available for pre-order now, Turkey-To-Go orders must be placed online.

Railtown Catering
- Where: 397 Railway Street, Vancouver
- When: Orders must be placed by Friday, December 19 for pickup in Railtown or delivery for an extra charge from December 24 to December 26
- All orders placed by December 1st will include an Early Bird gift of a $50 gift card**
- Details: Returning for their thirteenth year, Railtown Catering’s beloved Holiday Turkey To-Go packages are back. Each dinner is fully cooked and ready to heat-and-serve at home, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table. The chef-prepared menu features a juicy sage-roasted turkey with all the traditional fixings — including their Apricot Chestnut Brioche Stuffing, Maple-Glazed Sweet Potatoes, and Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Almonds — plus Classic Pecan Pie finished with Chantilly cream.
- The half-size package starts at $325 or full sized meals start at $475. Premium add-ons available.

Rosie’s Hospitality BBQ
- Where: Main Street Brewing, 261 7th Avenue East, Vancouver
- When: Pre-order online by December 20 for pickup from 12:00pm to 7:00pm on December 23
- Details: This year, Rosie’s Hospitality will again offer its delicious slow-smoked holiday feasts to take home and enjoy with family and friends. They offer Rossdown Turkeys, 63 Acres Briskets, and Fraser Valley Hams with a wide variety of sides. Rosie’s holiday turkeys are sugar brined for 24 hours then stuffed with onions and oranges before being slowly smoked over select hardwoods for rich flavour and tenderness. Custom trimmed briskets and whole country hams are carefully prepared then smoked for up to 8 hours.
- The full holiday turkey, brisket, or ham dinners feed 8 people for $305 with half dinners (turkey only) to feed 4-5 available for $200. Rosie’s famous briskets and whole smoked country hams can be added or purchased separately for $195.

The Westin Bayshore
- Where: 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver
- When: Place your order by 12:00 pm on December 21 for Whole Roasted Turkey Packages and by 12:00pm on December 22 for Carvery-to-Go meals. Pickup on December 24 or 25.
- Details: H Tasting Lounge’s signature Festive Turkey Takeout offers two options: the ‘Whole Roasted Turkey Dinner’ for 8–10 guests, or the individual ‘Carvery-to-Go’ for 2–6 people. Each Fraser Valley Turkey comes with delicious sides like Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, Cranberry & Apple Sage Brioche Stuffing, Bayshore Honey Glazed Root Vegetables, Turkey Gravy, and more, finished with a rich Festive Yule Log. $69 per person, for 2 to 6 people. Il Corvo Opens in Deep Cove; Named “The Raven” in Italian
- Where: 1052 Deep Cove Road, North Vancouver

- Details: Il Corvo has officially opened its doors in the heart of Deep Cove, introducing an Italian dining experience to one of North Vancouver’s most beloved neighbourhoods. Named for “the raven,” the restaurant pays homage to the community’s previous long-time watering hole, The Raven pub. The menu is designed to complement an intimate space – reminiscent of having family dinner in a dining nook. Menu highlights include:
- Anchovy Toast
- Chicory salad with radicchio, frisée, preserved lemon dressing, fennel, mint, pine nuts, and olives
- Pastas such as; Radiatori alla Vodka, Rigatoni Boscaiola, and Mafaldine con Cavolo Nero

Loam Bistro
- Where: 230 Esplanade W, North Vancouver

- Details: Throughout the holiday season, guests can enjoy Loam’s new morning Happier Hour Menu available for dine-in guests on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 9:00am to 11:00am that features Loam classics such as Guacamole & Egg Sandwiches or Poached Egg, Mushroom & Arugula on Sourdough for $8 each; Two-Way Eggs on brioche or ricotta, Hot Honey & Prosciutto on sourdough for $9 each, Sausage & Fried Egg over herbed yogurt & arugula for $11 and $2 off signature Loam beverages.

Fairmont Hotel Events
- Where: 900 West Georgia Street, Vancouver
- When: Now until January 4, 2026
- Details: The Fairmont Hotel is hosting multiple holiday events for all guests to enjoy this season.
- The Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea is a luxurious tea service inspired by the beauty of the season. The experience includes an assortment of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and a medley of pastries that echo the joy of the holidays. A selection of teas complements the menu, while festive cocktails are available. Tea is served Tuesday through Sunday, with seatings at 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online.
- The celebration continues in the hotel’s lower lobby at Kringle’s, a whimsical pop-up bar open Tuesday through Sunday until December 31. Behind the bar, expert mixologists craft imaginative seasonal cocktails – like the “Starry Night Spagliato” and the “Home Alone”, made with gummy-bear infused vodka – alongside small plates and shareable bites. Limited reservations are available online, walk-ins welcome.
- Tea with Santa on December 20 invites the young and the young at heart to sing along with Santa and his elves, The Grinch and Cindy-Lou Who, and visit the Build-A-Bear workshop to create a holiday keepsake to take home. Held in the hotel’s grand Pacific Ballroom, a Christmas Afternoon Tea will also be offered on December 21 and 22, with seatings at 11:00am and 2:00pm.

Alouette Bistro
- Where: 567 Hornby Street #1207, Vancouver
- When: December 24 and December 25
- Details: The Parisian-inspired bistro in Downtown Vancouver, will be open for brunch and dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, offering a warm and festive setting for holiday gatherings. Throughout the season, guests can also unwind with Alouette’s late-night happy hour, available nightly from 9:00pm to close, featuring $12 bites such as baked brie, shrimp cocktail, and escargot, plus a full selection of wines, spritzes, martinis, and seasonal cocktails.

Santa Brunch Buffet at Glowbal Restaurant
- Where: 590 West Georgia Street
- When: On December 7 and 21, 2025 from 10:00am to 2:30pm
- Details: Saint Nick will be the guest of honour once again this December as Glowbal Restaurant Group’s flagship Glowbal Restaurant hosts two Sunday editions of its popular All-You-Can-Eat Santa Brunch Buffets downtown ($95 per person plus tax and gratuity or $35 per person for kids under 12). On both days, families can gather for photos with Santa before or after enjoying a festive feast. Menu highlights include:
- Turkey Eggs Benedict, Pork Banger Sausages, Double Smoked Bacon, Winter Harvest Salad, Buttermilk Waffles, As-You-Like-It Omelette, and Prime Beef Striploin stations
- Or Holiday dishes such as; Roasted Turkey and Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Classic Stuffing, Christmas Cake Pops and Cupcakes, decadent Chocolate Cake and more
Honey Salt Christmas Eve & Christmas Brunch
- Where: Parq Casino Level One, 39 Smithe Street, Vancouver
- When: December 24 and December 25 from 10:30am to 3:00pm
- Details: Honey Salt is hosting a themed holiday brunch this season. They will feature classic dishes and contemporary West Coast fare as well as chef stations, seasonal favourites, desserts, and more. $65 per adult plus tax and gratuity and $28 for kids 4 to 10 years old. Menu highlights include: fan-favourite waffle bar with fried chicken, fresh fruit, maple syrup and more as well as made-to-order eggs, breakfast classics like smoked bacon, pork & chicken sausage, maple-glazed ham and breakfast potatoes as well as a dessert station showcasing chocolate toffee bread pudding, fruit cake, apple pie, and butter tarts.
New Years Coast Seafood Brunch
- Where: 1054 Alberni Street
- When: January 1, 2026
- Details: Guests can ring in the New Year with a brunch buffet at Coast celebrating the best of the Pacific Northwest and features shimmering towers of fresh seafood such as freshly shucked Oysters, Poached Tiger Prawns, Norwegian Smoked Salmon, Ahi Tuna Poke and more for $95 per person plus tax and gratuity and $35 for kids 12 and under. Herb-Rubbed Prime Striploin and traditional brunch favourites are also available for those who prefer other options.
