Summer Installation at Metropolis at Metrotown: MIRAGE
Immerse yourself in a virtual experience this summer with MIRAGE at Metropolis at Metrotown. Launching in June, this exciting visual, audio and digital experience runs until September 5, 2016. MIRAGE has been custom designed for Metropolis at Metrotown using state of the art projection technology and a mirrored ceiling and floor.
Summer Installation at Metropolis at Metrotown: MIRAGE
When: June 28th to September 5th, 2016 from 12:00pm to 7:00pm daily
Where: Metropolis at Metrotown – Grand Court, Lower Level
Admission: Free! This is a unique and memorable art installation that offers a 2-minute walkthrough experience for customers.
In addition to MIRAGE, a 70 foot interactive light curtain will be on display over the Grand Court elevator, allowing visitors to choose 1 of 5 images to display on the curtain. Metropolis at Metrotown has also partnered with Burnaby Neighbourhood House, a volunteer driven non-profit, who will staff the event in exchange for a $10,000 donation from the Metropolis at Metrotown Community Investment Fund.
