Spring Break at Burnaby Village Museum
- When: March 16 to March 27, 2026 from 11:00am to 4:30pm
- Where: Burnaby Village Museum (6501 Deer Lake Ave, Burnaby)
- Details: Free admission for all. Histories of Burnabyโs diverse communities are showcased in this 10-acre open-air site. Explore how homes and businesses used to look, see how different cultures help shape our community and learn from Indigenous educators. Education staff are available in select exhibits to interact with and learn from.
Night Quest at Pacific Spirit Regional Park
- When: March 14 & 14, 2026 from 7:00pm to 9:30pm
- Where: Pacific Spirit Regional Park
- Details: Wander down forest trails decorated with glowing animal lanterns, meet friendly forest creatures who will delight you with nature tales, and join the Night Quest Spring Ball. You can also roast a marshmallow at a cozy campfire, try your hand at drumming, and visit booths with activities led by community organizations. Admission is free, register online in advance to claim your spot.
Spring Break at Britannia Shipyards
- When: Fridays to Sundays, March 13-29, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Where: Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site (5180 Westwater Dr, Richmond)
- Details: On weekends during Spring Break, visit the historic shipyards and discover how people from around the world lived and worked in Steveston to help build the fishing, canning and boat building industries. Enjoy activities for all ages, and explore both indoor and outdoor spaces in this 8-acre heritage site. Admission is free.
Spring Break at the Tram in Steveston
- When: Tuesdays to Sundays, March 14-29, 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm
- Where: Steveston Tram (4011 Moncton St, Richmond)
- Details: Admission is free for this family-friendly museum. Track down “Hamm on the Tram” this Spring Break at the Steveston Tram. Follow the clues to find his hiding spot somewhere inside the museum. Donโt miss the interactive exhibits and dress-up corner.
- When: Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm
- Where: Vancouver Art Gallery North Plaza
- Details: Enjoy live music, Irish dancing, bouncy castles, face painting, a Celtic market and more for all ages. Admission is free.
Surrey Nature Centre Discovery Days
- When: March 19 and 26, 2026 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
- Where: Surrey Nature Centre (14225 Green Timbers Way, Surrey))
- Details: Start your discoveries outside with a program leader to choose your self-guided adventures for the day and then head inside to explore the nature exhibit. Free entry.
Spring Break Emergency Services
- When: March 17-20 & March 24-27, 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm
- Where: Museum of Surrey (17710 56A Ave, Surrey)
- Details: Kids and families can explore the exciting world of first responders alongside Surreyโs emergency services professionals.Get hands-on and up close with the people who keep our community safe. Explore real fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles on select days, take part in a scavenger hunt, obstacle course, and interactive activities, and make themed crafts. Admission is free.
Bad Bunny Scavenger Hunt at Stewart Farm
- When: March 17 to March 20 and March 24 to March 27 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Where: Historic Stewart Farm (13723 Crescent Rd, Surrey)
- Details: Naughty bunnies are taking over the farm. Complete the Bad Bunny Scavenger Hunt and hand it in to staff to receive a plush bunny of your very own.ย Pick up your scavenger hunt on the farmhouse verandah. Prizes available while supplies last. Admission is free.

Spring Break at Fort Langley National Historic Site
- When: March 15 to 30, 2026
- Where: Fort Langley (23433 Mavis Ave, Langley Township)
- Details: Free admission for youth 17 and under. Regular admission fees apply for adults. Explore the National Historic Site, connect with local nature and conservation groups and learn how to help care for the land and animals. See history come to life and watch costumed interpreters demonstrate traditional heritage skills and learn about the history of Fort Langley.
