August in Metro Vancouver means free outdoor festivals, concerts, beach days, refreshing swims, and soaking up every last drop of summer before the hustle and bustle of September.

August Events in Metro Vancouver 2025

This month Miss604 sponsors the following free event series: Sounds Like Summer in Burnaby (Thursdays and Fridays); Summer Stages in Burnaby (Tuesday to Thursdays); Summer Cinema in Burnaby (Fridays and Saturdays); and Zumba at Canada Place (Mondays), and the free Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival on Saturday, August 9th.
