Burnaby Hospital Foundation (BHF) is transforming a beloved community hospital into a state-of-the-art facility. This two-phase redevelopment will significantly expand the services available for patients and families and boost the number of beds by almost 50 percent.
When the redevelopment is complete, the hospital campus will also have two new patient care towers and a cancer treatment centre.
The Foundation is raising funds to support Phase Two of the redevelopment, which focuses on upgrades and modernization of the Intensive Care Unit, Medical Imaging Department, Cardiac Telemetry Department and In-patient Oncology Unit.
For over four decades, their mission has been to ensure Burnaby Hospital remains equipped to promote the health and well-being of all generations, ready to serve you, your friends, and loved ones when you need it most.
