Experience these unique waterfront attractions showcasing art, history, crafts, science and performances from Bard on the Beach and the Vancouver Academy of Music. Enjoy local food vendors and enter to win great prizes.
Visit Nautical Knots at the Vancouver Maritime Museum Children’s Maritime Discovery Centre throughout the day, snap a pic in the Polaroid-style photo booth at City of Vancouver Archives, check out the Indigenous Peoples Atlas of Canada at Museum of Vancouver (Joyce Walley Room), listen to the Kits Point Chorale at Vancouver Academy of Music (Koerner Recital Hall), or take a telescope tour at H. R. MacMillan Space Centre.
Aside from the special events and activities, I highly recommend taking a look in some of the permanent galleries like Neon Vancouver or Haida Now at the MOV, the Cosmic Courtyard at the Space Centre, and some of the historic photograph collections at the Vancouver Archives.
