  • When: 10:00am to 7:00pm on Saturday, February 2, 2019 10:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday, February 3, 2019
  • Where: Vancouver Convention Centre West (1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver)
  • Tickets: $14.50 General Admission, $12.50 Seniors 65+ / Students with valid ID, $6.00 Children (5 and under free), and $20.00 2 – day, all access pass. Available online (at a discounted rate) or at the door.

Nesters Market Organic Marketplace

Bodhi Meditation Garden
Bodhi Meditation Centre offers meditation classes and promotes health and happiness in the community by offering different meditation techniques suitable for people of all ages and background. Healthy Families Zone
Table Tennis is an Olympic sport, and the second most popular racquet sport in the world. Experience the physical and mental benefits of Table Tennis and try it out for yourself at The Wellness Show. There will be 4 regular tables, one junior table, and one mini table for the little ones, as well as professional players and coaches to teach you more about the sport.

Women’s Panel – An Empowering Discussion
Saturday at 2:00pm: An empowering discussion with DR. JOTI SAMRA, a national thought leader on issues relating to mental health, LORNA VANDERHAEGHE, Canada’s leading women’s natural health expert, and MARY ZILBA, an award-winning singer, television personality, producer & podcast host will share insights and anecdotes through their careers, family and personal lives and answer thought provoking questions from moderator Johanna Ward.
