There’s no better way to top off a fun-filled summer than with a visit to the Fair at the PNE. Rides, attractions, concerts, and some crazier (and tastier) than ever food options — it’s been a Vancouver tradition for over 100 years!
The Fair at the PNE
When: August 18 to September 3, 2018 (closed Mondays)
Open 11:00am until late (weather permitting)
Explore exhibits, enjoy live performances, be thrilled by rides, play games, learn about livestock, shop for treasures, and eat the yummiest food all in one place.

The Summer Night Concerts, free with your Fair admission, will run nightly at 8:30pm in the PNE Amphitheatre.

Miss 604 i would be thrilled to take my sons & boyfriend to the PNE this year 2018 for a family date out. My oldest son Sheldon was in the hospital for 3 weeks and is finally home and still has 2-8 weeks of antibiotics to go for his brain infection. He’s made such good improvements over the time i feel him and his younger brother deserve a normal day out in a fun environment

I usually try to go every few years with my family. There’s always a range of exhibitions that suits different interests. Hope to be able to go again this year. They have some promotional days with details (including a free admission day if you get there early) on their website now that make it a bit more affordable for families.

My girlfriend tagged me on Twitter, I’d love to get her and my stepsons oit for a family fun day out. Sheldon was in the hospital 3 weeks for a brain infection and has done amazingly well with the treatment and tests antibiotics and daily routines and we stayed the entire time with him! His younger brother came to visit everyday & he was with someone while we were away from home. So a day out with my family would be a nice change for once before summer ends and more tests & school adjustment.

The PNE is a Vancouver institution! The food, sounds, music, animals and all manner of games and rides makes this such a summer staple. I have great memories of watching the lumberjack show with loved ones no longer here. Truly, a memorable time.
Tradition going to PNE started with my dad bringing my brothers & I also shop for school supplies & clothes then the PNE I now do same with my daughter now.
