The Dailey Method now has two studios in Vancouver, in Kitsilano (1735 W 4th) and Dunbar Village (3584 W 41st), offers a variety of classes from barre, to cycle, to their latest addition The MELT Method – a self-treatment technique designed to decrease stuck stress built up in the body from daily living.


The Dailey Method is passionate about alignment. It ignites awareness through hands-on training and education. The result is better posture, better movement, and a more complete workout. They do in a single class what takes others a week.

Proper alignment radiates outward from the spine, bringing balance. When we start with alignment the muscles engage in their correct positions, elongating, contracting, strengthening. Other workouts focus on movement first, they have you spinning your wheels, working harder than you need to, and never really balancing the body for optimal fitness and safety.
