The BCKA (BC Kitefliers Association) is having their Annual Pacific Rim Kite Festival on June 12 and June 13th.

Did the First Round Bowen Challenge in a double sea kayak, a long but beautiful 34 km paddle around Bowen Island. Probably couldn’t make it under the time limit cutoff these days, but it’s still a great, if more competitive, event.
But it’s not as publicized as it should be. Please consider adding it to your June events:
