Win Tickets to Sesame Street Live in Abbotsford

Comments 31 by Rebecca Bollwitt

Elmo is coming to the Fraser Valley! Sesame Street Live takes over the Abbotsford Centre on Saturday, December 13th and Sunday, December 14th as Elmo, Elmo, Abby Cadabby and everyone’s favourite Sesame Street friends present: Let’s Dance!

Hosted by two live performers, Sesame Street Live: Let’s Dance! offers an up-close, interactive experience that includes dance parties. Elmo uses his imagination to ‘Do the Robot,’ Cookie teaches all ‘feets’ to dance, and Ernie shares the fun of dance with the Sesame Street favourite “Shake Your Head One Time.” Favourite friends join the audience on the floor – dancing with fans, not just for them.

Like television’s Sesame Street, each Sesame Street Live production features timeless tunes and lessons for all ages. The universal appeal of each Broadway-quality musical production continues long after preschool. Adults will appreciate the professional staging, cleverly written script, and music they’ll recognize and enjoy sharing with children.

I was a bit late getting the big December event list posted so I thought I would be ahead of the game and post this weekend’s event list a bit early. There’s so much to see and do in and around Vancouver at this time of year and what I love most is that these activities allow you to spend time with friends and family, which I think is one of the greatest gifts of all.
