I scanned through the Vancouver Public Library’s archives to come up with a merry collection of images from Christmas in Vancouver over the last century in this week’s series.

    Wow! Thanks for sharing part of history about Woodwards. Soon I arrived in Vancouver in ’86, I just find Woodwards a place to shop with anything. There was an aura about the place and was very sad when it was closed. Re living it through the W sign was a beautiful and fantastic idea. Thanks for sharing on Facebook.
