Vancouver Cherry Blossom Food Festival
In recent years there’s been a rise in seasonal food festivals and while they usually focus around the winter holidays, the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Food Festival adds springtime flavour. From March 20 to May 3, 2026 you can enjoy over 60 limited edition blossom-themed treats across the city.

This year’s self-guided citywide food festival will feature over 23 participating vendors, including 7 brand-new vendors, offering dozens of exclusive festival items inspired by spring flavours and the beauty of cherry blossom season.
From sakura-infused drinks and matcha desserts to creative pink-hued pastries and seasonal savoury bites, festival-goers can expect a vibrant mix of Instagram-worthy creations and comforting spring flavours. The full lineup of participating vendors and festival items will be revealed closer to the festival launch date.
In addition to exploring limited-time creations, attendees can take part in the returning Festival Passport and Festival Missions activities. By collecting stamps for each festival item purchased or completing themed missions, participants will be entered into tiered prize draws for delicious rewards.
Attendees who purchase multiple festival items at select vendors will receive a coin to play the gacha machine and win a surprise prize. Prizes range from gift cards and collectible buttons to free festival items, adding another playful and interactive element to the spring experience.
“Each year we’re seeing more excitement around our seasonal food festivals,” says Jason Yeh, Founder of Noms Magazine and organizer of the festival. “Cherry Blossom Food Fest has quickly become a celebration of both local food creativity and springtime in Vancouver. With over 60 items to explore this year, it’s our biggest and most interactive spring festival yet.”
