Stages Added to Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival
The Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival is happening on August 9th with an incredible lineup in a beautiful outdoor setting with FREE admission. This year, the Community Stage returns over on the East Lawn and three new satellite stages have been added at Burnaby Village Museum with performances earlier in the day.

Last month it was announced that Ani DiFranco would headline the main stage at Deer Lake Park (8:30pm to 10:00pm), and the lineup of talented artists also includes JUNO award winning Aysanabee (7:15pm to 8:15pm), Hollywood songwriter Judith Hill (5:50pm to 6:40pm), and BC Country Music award winner Jackson Hollow (4:50pm to 5:30pm) and RBCxMusic First Up Artist: Antonio Larosa (4:00pm to 4:30pm).

Burnaby Blues and Roots Festival has been a highlight of the outdoor concert season since 2000 and celebrates the influence of roots and blues music in a unique venue. The festival encourages cultural awareness of musical talent and provides a platform for local and Canadian artists and ensuring that female and BIPOC artists are represented.
