Offered from June through to September, here are all the amazing events, activities, and new offerings that visitors can expect to experience with Malahat SkyWalk this summer:

With exclusive access to the attraction prior to opening (8:00am – 9:00am), participants can enjoy the peacefulness of the morning, incredible unobstructed views, and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Offered every Wednesday and Sunday from June 26 to September 8. Admission is $10 for passholders and $40 for non-passholders (this includes entry into the attraction). Limited spots available.

Get Up Close with Nature’s Stunning Birds of Prey (included with admission) – A local favourite, The Raptors will be onsite every Thursday and Saturday from June 29 to September 7 (between 9:30am – 3:30pm) with flying demonstrations and hands-on experiences. Guests will be able to get up close and interact with species such as Eagles, Hawks, Owls, and Vultures.

There’s also an array of local beer, wine, and cider from across BC along with slushies, artisanal coffee, and dairy-free soft serve cones and sundaes from Softys.

Sasquatch and More

There’s a new seven-foot driftwood Sasquatch sculpture by local artist, Tanya Bub, located in the gathering area. Visitors will want to make sure to snap a pic or selfie to capture this rare sighting of a life-sized Sasquatch. The new sculpture is the latest addition to Malahat SkyWalk’s collection of driftwood art installations of blue herons, owls, and cougars that can be spotted throughout the TreeWalk and experience.

This summer there will also be new musical games along the TreeWalk, interactive puzzles, and a small slide for those under five (in the play area), gives little ones the opportunity to take part in all the fun.
