VHS will bring six feature length films and 41 short films from all over the world to Vancouver and Burnaby audiences, providing scares perfect for the Halloween season that can’t be found anywhere else. The lineup also includes Industry panels, filmmaker Q&As, screenplay competition, red carpet soirees and more.

VHS: The Vancouver Edition
VHS is proud to be partnering with The City of Vancouver and Eastside Games to bring Vancouver the biggest and best festival yet. The Vancouver Edition will feature The VHS After Dark Mixtape – serving a collection of intense and scary films that “ain’t for the faint of heart.” Viewer discretion is strongly advised. Enjoy a 19+ red carpet event and devilishly delicious Diabolica wines and Twin Sails beer.

VHS: The Burnaby Edition
VHS is partnering with The Burnaby Halloween Festival for VHS: The Burnaby Edition. The all-ages festival will take place as a part of Burnaby Halloween Festival. The Burnaby edition will offer fresh programming complete with three feature films and two shorts blocks, filmmaker Q&As as well as the VHS Talks Panel Series, sponsored by UBCP/Actra.

The Vancouver Horror Show Film Festival is hitting the road! In 2023, the hit Vancouver Festival is taking the show on the road with screenings at independent theaters in Terrace and Grand Forks.
VHS Terrace
VHS is partnering with Tillicum Twin Theatres in Terrace for the inaugural VHS RoadShow! Audiences can enjoy five feature films and 36 shorts from Canada and around the world. Tickets are available for purchase only at the Tillicum Twin Theatres box office.
VHS Grand Forks
Audiences can enjoy two short film programs, complete with 21 shorts from Canada and around the world. Tickets are available for purchase at the GEM Theatre box office. $12 for single tickets, or $20 for a Full VHS Roadshow Grand Forks Festival Pass.
