Surrey-based Boosh Food creates great tasting plant-based meals that are non-GMO and gluten free. If you think plant-based food is only for vegans, think again! These comfort meals have less sodium and sugar than others and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives – and they’re delicious.

Boosh Food products feature six different single-serve bowls or sharable entrées for two, including Coconut Curry Cauli Bowl, Veggie Bolognese Bowl (with Beyond Meat™), Mac & Cheeze & Peas Bowl, Mexican Fiesta Bowl, Rustic Veg Pot Pie Entrée, and Hearty Shepherd’s Pie Entrée.
Founded by a seasoned entrepreneur Connie Marples in 2017, Boosh Food began distributing their family oriented, plant-based comfort food in early 2018. By the end of 2020, Boosh was being distributed to major retail outlets and independent grocery stores throughout Canada.
Currently available for purchase in over 150 British Columbian retailers, you can find Boosh products in the freezer aisle, with new products coming to the grocery aisle and cooler section of grocery retailers over the coming months.

For Mother’s Day this year, Boosh Foods wants everyone to put their feet up and enjoy dinner on them! I have a Boosh Food prize pack to give away that includes $150 retail value of their heat-and-serve meals PLUS for a bonus gift for mom, a $100 gift certificate to mom’s favourite local store so she can pick out a special gift.
