On Saturday, November 2nd throw on your best little black dress or bow tie and head out for an evening of food and fun at Dan’s Legacy‘s 6th annual Chefs’ Charity Dinner.

Chefs’ Charity Dinner for Dan’s Legacy

Where: Surrey City Hall Atrium (13450 104 Ave, Surrey)
When: Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 6:00pm
Tickets: Available now for $150 ($75 charitable tax receipt available)

The Chefs’ Challenge is on once again as each of the event’s 5 chefs try to outdo each other with their culinary creations – made entirely from surplus food! Chef TJ Conwi and Chef Bruce Nollert (Ono Vancouver), Chef Warren Chow (Juniper Kitchen & Bar), Chef Shay Kelly (The Caterer) and Alannah Peddie (Cakes by Peddie) are waiting to delight your palette with the ultimate gourmet experience.

Funds raised at the gala go towards Dan’s Legacy’s counselling and life-skills programs for youth battling mental health and addictions issues. The therapists go to the youth wherever they are, there’s no wait list, and the services are free for those who need financial assistance.

This evening is special for two reasons: It honours Dan’s Legacy and shares stories about how the organization has helped youth in our community; and the delicious multi-course meal is prepared using surplus food. It’s sustainable and it raises funds for an important cause!
