Fridays on Front, Downtown New West’s Weekly Street Social
byThe Downtown New West BIA and Douglas College present the third summer of Fridays on Front. This fully licensed street social will take place every Friday evening for eight consecutive weeks (July 5 to August 23, 2019).
- When: Every Friday evening from July 5th to August 23, 2019 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm
- Where: 600-block of Front Street, Downtown New Westminster
- Admission: FREE
The family friendly markets will feature artisan vendors from New West Craft, live music from the Arts Council of New Westminster, and food trucks from the Columbia StrEAT Food Truck Fest.
Fridays on Front has teamed up with Steel & Oak Brewing Co. and Pacific Breeze Urban Winery to fully license Front Street. You’ll be able to grab a Steel & Oak beer, a glass of wine and a variety of guest breweries will be pouring this summer too.
Bar Service will be available from 5:00 to 8:30pm (19 years +). Please drink responsibly. Beer and wine tokens will be sold (cash or credit only) from 5:00pm to 8:20pm, bar service ends at 8:30pm. Tokens are non-refundable, but valid all summer long so you can use any leftovers on your next visit.
Stroll throughout the event with your favourite beverage, enjoying live music, unique shopping, a riverfront breeze and scenic views. With new vendors, breweries, music and food trucks each week, reserve your Fridays this summer for an experience that is sure to be the talk of the town.
