My favourite way to get in shape and try to maintain whatever shape I become is running with my wife on our breaks at work. It’s like having a date in the middle of the day (or night depending) on the shift.

This prize is so awesome and would totally help me with my resolutions to have an active and healthier year! My favourite way to stay active is through running- I’ve registered for the Sun Run and also the Kelowna Wine Half Marathon, kickboxing and yoga. I love juicing but find my ninja isn’t the right fit and am looking for a new juicer. I also love listening to music so these ear buds would be so perfect!!

My husband and I love jogging together. It’s my favorite time of the day. We do it every day for and hour, except on Sunday’s, that’s our lazy day.
