Vancouver Fog Photos
byWe’re into our second week of fog in Vancouver as a cloudy blanket drapes across the downtown peninsula and surroundings, parting occasionally mid-afternoon to let in a few rays of sunshine before swallowing us up again at night. Foghorns every 60 seconds in the harbour add ambiance (and to some, annoyance), as orange and red moisture-soaked leaves tumble from branches and the top floors of high-rise towers disappear into the sky.
“Fogcouver” or “Fogmageddon” happens every few years in Vancouver so it’s fun to put together a collection of photos like these from December 2009 and January 2013.
Here are some of the latest, and most recent, Vancouver Fog Photos from October 2013 that have been contributed to the Miss604 Flickr Pool:

It looks pretty with just the images, but I prefer the usual format with photo credits under the image. On mobile devices you can’t hover over the image to see the “alt” text.
Hi Eric,
Those got lost in a recent revision, I have put them back now. They’re definitely a requirement/standard that I uphold.
I snapped a few photos myself this AM…but now after reviewing these stunning shots, feel very inadequate about mine….hahaha.
Thx for sharing Rebecca
Congratulations to all of the photographers whose work is featured here on Miss604! Thanks for your post, B!
