Women & Beer Pairing Mingler at Rogue
byOne of the most popular events at last year’s Vancouver Craft Beer Week was “Women and Beer”. Beers made by women, enjoyed by women, and paired by women. There’s another chance to enjoy an event of this kind (outside of VCBW) in March at Rogue.

Thanks to Lundy Dale from Barley’s Angels: Pink Pints for the information about this event and for linking other BC Beer Blog by Women on her site: Becks Beer Blog, Daughters of Beer, and Ruby Suitcase.
Please enjoy responsibly and plan a safe trip home.

Cool event!
For the sake of clarity,
Women AND Beer has been one of the most popular events at VCBW for two years running. Women IN Beer is the event Lundy Dale is putting on at Rogue. It seems this has gotten a little confusing as we’ve had a number of people ask us why VCBW has started in March and not May as it usually has.
Anyway – not to ramble on. Just need to point out the subtle difference of the AND vs IN when it comes to the title.

Hi Chris, I added VCBW for reference but did not imply the two were related as I said “There’s another chance to enjoy an event of this kind in March at Rogue.” I have added “(outside of VCBW)” to be extra clear though. Thanks!
Thanks Rebecca.
My comment was more to do with the title Women & Beer (Already confusing with Women and Beer, Women in Beer, etc).
No big deal – just finding it a bit of a tricky path to walk with the titles being almost exactly the same.
