Hoping to be able to catch up to all the theatre action in Vancouver I have new weekly “Theatre Profile” series. This week’s feature plus ticket giveaway is for Pacific Theatre’s production of Godspell.

Godspell - On now at Pacific Theatre

Singing! Dancing! Sheep! Goats! Thou shalt be thrilled! Pacific Theatre and Theatre at TWU are delighted to celebrate the greatest story ever told with one of the most popular musicals ever staged. Godspell, born out of a master’s thesis project, became the longest running Off-Broadway musical of all time in a turn of Hollywood-style fortune when it caught the eye of New York producers at its college premiere.

Engagement: May 28th – July 3rd, Tuesday – Saturday at 8:00pm & Saturdays 2:00pm
Location: Pacific Theatre, 1440 W 12th Ave, Vancouver
Information: A musical by Stephen Schwartz & John-Michael Tebelak. Directed by Sarah Rodgers, with Musical Direction by Nelson Boschman.

To enter to win a pair of tickets to see Godspell Saturday May 29th at 8:00pm, please leave a comment on this post. I will draw a winner May 20th and will have my next Theatre Profile (and contest) up on that day as well.

Update I have drawn Joyce as the winner of the ticket. Congratulations and have a great time at the show!
