LCD Soundsystem at Malkin Bowl

LCD Soundsystem is coming to the Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park for an outdoor concert May 31st.

John introduced me to LCD Soundsystem a few years ago and their songs are the perfect addition to anyone’s iTunes playlist (and always a treat when they come up mid-shuffle).

Tickets are currently available through LiveNation and if you would like to attend the concert I also have two tickets to give away.

      I was supposed to go to the Sasquatch Music Festival this weekend and was quite excited to see LCD Soundsystem in particular. I’ve been hit hard by finances lately though and had to sell my Sasquatch tickets. I’d love to see LCD soundsystem at Malkin on Monday – otherwise I’ll listen from outside the fence 🙂

      Saw them at the Commodore a few years ago – one of the best live shows I’ve ever seen. ‘Us v. Them’ is my favorite tune of theirs. Will go listen to the concert from outside the Malkin Bowl gates but being inside the show would be better.

      “Daft Punk is Playing At My House” was my first taste of LCD Soundsystem, and then I saw James Murphy in Justice’s documentary, he’s got a really great story and seems like a pretty cool guy, love “All My Friends” and “Losing My Edge”
