Winners of the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, awarded on June 7th at the JW Parq Marriott Vancouver by the YWCA Metro Vancouver. More than 1,300 guests and volunteers gathered to honour inspiring women and organizations for their achievements.

It’s one of the most inspiring galas in Vancouver and this year’s YWCA Women of Distinction Awards, honouring 68 outstanding nominees, is poised once again to be an amazing event. Now open! Vote for the Connecting the Community Award, presented by Scotiabank, as a part of the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards. In addition to the category in which she was nominated, all individual nominees are eligible for the Connecting the Community Award.
