Dr. Bee’s Honeyland Canada farm in Pitt Meadows is hosting their 7th annual Bees and Blueberries Festival August 18 & 19, 2018. Celebrate the importance of bees and taking care of the environment. From tours and bee beards to a live spelling bee, it will have fun for the whole family!

Mason Bees in Stanley Park: Learn about Stanley Park Ecology Society’s bee program at the Nature House on Lost Lagoon. In a sunny patch beside the lake, look for bee habitat complete with native flowering plants and bee “condos” this summer.

To kick off WE Care Vancouver, the staff and families of Parq, Victory Square and WE will host a massive sock drive to create care packages in support of Lookout Society. Simply drop off new pairs of socks in the lobby throughout May.
