There are some moments when technology makes life so simple, when you might think to yourself: “We live in the future!” One of those moments is when I don’t have to stand in line to pay for parking at a pay station. Better yet, when I don’t have a to leave a meeting to re-up my parking. Both of these tasks, and more, can be done with the PayByPhone app on my mobile.

Found in both public and private parking spaces across Metro Vancouver, PayByPhone allows you to pay to park without coins or waiting in line, and you can extend your parking time from anywhere (within city limits). The app is available in cities across the United States, Canada, France, the UK, and Australia.

  • Pay for parking in seconds using just your mobile phone
  • Extend a parking session from anywhere (within city limits)
  • Receive parking reminders before your time expires
