The Vancouver Health Show is a two-day consumer and educational event featuring the latest in health and fitness trends, food products and complementary therapies.

When: October 27 10:00am to 6:00pm; October 28, 2018 10:00am to 5:00pm
Tickets: Available online or at the door. Day Pass Adult $15; Senior/Student/Military $10; Weekend Pass Adult $22.50; Senior/Student/Military $15; Children under 12 years old FREE. The first 100 people through the door on Saturday and on Sunday receive an extra goodie bag for free.
Showcasing the latest trends for the health conscious, show attendees will be able to find all their consumer needs under one roof. In addition to new and exciting health products, the show will feature interactive hands-on demonstrations and a diverse range of topical and trending educational seminars that range from preparing quick, healthy meals to improvements on your fitness goals. Discover the newest products on the market that will inspire every room in your home to be clean, green, organized, harmonious and functional.
This year, the Vancouver Health Show is proud to present guest speaker Michael Losier – best selling author and trainer, who will deliver two inspiring talks: Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t and Emotion Code, on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Another key highlight is freelance cannabis writer and award-winning journalist, author, photographer and videographer Amanda Siebert, who will be speaking about her recently- published book How Marijuana Can Improve Your Life. Based in Vancouver, Siebert says she has seen first-hand the power yielded by cannabis and the benefits it can provide.

Variety Week is here! We’re kicking off a season of fundraising, stories, and helping families of BC kids with special needs leading up to the world famous Variety Show of Hearts Telethon in February.
All this week on Global BC, you can meet families from across the province who have been helped by Variety. On Friday, October 26th, we’re inviting everyone to Robson Square for the grand finale!
The 6:00pm Global News Hour will be broadcasting live and starting at 12:00pm, we’ll have a 60-foot Ferris Wheel on site with other activations, radio broadcasts, and plenty of opportunities to learn more about Variety – The Children’s Charity of BC.

A newlywed friend of mine once told me she’d get married again – to the same person – just for the ability to go check out more wedding shows since they were all just so fun. Well, I’m happy to tell her that one of best of the season is actually coming up soon as the Union LGBT+ Wedding Show takes over Heritage Hall in Mount Pleasant on November 17th.
