The Downtown Surrey BIA is bringing back one of their most unique events this summer, the Long Long Table at Surrey Civic Plaza. Join your neighbours, your community, business owners, families, and sit down at one long, long table for a five course meal while you enjoy local entertainment.

When: Tuesday, June 28, 2022 networking 5:00pm, dinner 6:15pm
The menu theme this year is Pacific Northwest/Cascadian, with courses that include Salt Spring island goat cheese, BC prawns, morel mushrooms, local hazelnuts, strawberries, and more. Wine is available for purchase/add-on to your meal by the glass or bottle.
Participants will enjoy performances from Alec Dore and Ranj Singh. The Juice Box Heroes, with assistance from Sun Rype Canada, will be raising funds from the sale of juice to assist the Centre for Child Development.
The BIA’s Long, Long Table event was first held in 2014. The most recent dinner in 2019 attracted nearly 200 people who sat on 25 tables lined end to end on the plaza.

The movie will start just after sunset so there is a clear enough image on the screen. All events take place in the field beside Second Beach Pool in Stanley Park.
Seating on the field with fold up chairs or blankets is free and it is first-come first-served, so arrive early and enjoy the festivities. There will be games and giveaways, and popcorn available from the concession. If you’d like to amp up your experience you can book VIP seating/tickets online in advance starting at $28.64.
