Kaboodles Toy Store Giveaway

Comments 145 by Rebecca Bollwitt

There’s something incredibly charming about a neighbourhood toy store and since 1980, Kaboodles Toy Store has been the local toy experts in Metro Vancouver, carrying anything from “traditional toys to the downright zany!”

Lee Richmond, who owns a chain of four neighborhood toy stores, Kaboodles, has been a Vancouver institution for over 30 years. A toy enthusiast at heart, she visits Toy Fairs from Toronto to New York each year to source the most fun and exciting new toys for the holiday season. This year, Lee says, even Santa will be inspired with some of the amazing new toys to enter the toy scene.

Kaboodles has four locations, Point Grey Village, Granville Island, Cambie Street, and Victoria and they have been busy this season stocking baby toys, arts and craft kits, outdoor activity items, science and nature kits, stickers, building toys, and much more.

Lenovo Yoga 10 Tablet Review

Disclosure: Sample — I was given a Lenovo Yoga 10 Tablet for this review. Views are entirely my own. Please review the Policy & Disclosure section for further information.

This month I partnered with Lenovo to give away a Lenovo Yoga 8 Tablet and they happened to send me on as well so that I could write a review. After installing the WordPress app from the Play Store on the device, I put together a write-up for those looking at tablet gift options this season.

Lenovo Yoga Tablet

My first impression of the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 was that it was very uniquely designed. At its slimmest point it is a mere 3mm thick and the power cylinder on the other side gives it a comfortable grip. It felt much less cumbersome than my iPad (although I do have a Bluetooth keyboard attached making it weigh almost as much as my laptop). Continue reading this post ⟩⟩
