The first taste of fall is here and so is our latest edition of Vancouver Eats with delicious early autumn menus, new openings, and festivals to be found around the region. We’ve curated a list of our newest culinary favourites, events, along with notable limited edition menus around Metro Vancouver.

Paré Restaurant Group New Feature Menus at Lorette Brasserie and Quatro
- Where: Lorette Brasserie (102B-4359 Main Street) and Quattro (4319 Main Street)
- When: Now available
- Details: The Paré Restaurant Group continues to embrace its ‘locally inspired, locally desired’ culinary philosophy by offering seasonally informed menus at its new French- and Québécois-inspired Lorette Brasserie and beloved Italian destination Quattro.
- Lorette is offering a three-course ‘Get Stoned’ Summer Stone Fruit Prix-Fixe Menu for $50 per person plus tax and gratuity that celebrates the province’s abundance of stone fruit picked at the peak of ripeness in dishes such as Peaches & Burrata with fermented cherries, Chicken Liver Parfait with green blueberries, Confit Duck Agnolotti with brandied peaches, Apricot & Almond Upside Down Cake with caramel Chantilly and Riesling and more.
- Italian mainstay Quattro is spotlighting the bounty of BC’s farms, fields, forests and fisheries and artisanal Italian D.O.P. providers in dishes featuring pasta hand-made in house like Rigatoni Della Casa (fennel sausage, San Marzano ragu), Fusilli Tartufati (local wild mushrooms, truffle cream, sage, Pecorino), Ravioli al Mascarpone (sugar snap peas, lovage and parsley succo, Pecorino), Tagliatelle Bolognese (8hr braised Bolognese, Parmigiano) and the signature Spaghetti Quattro.

Published on Main Celebrates Krug Week this September
- Where: 3593 Main Street, Vancouver
- When: From September 12th to 28th, 2025, reservation times vary
- Details: Published on Main’s executive chef, Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson, has created both a featured dish and a limited-time six-course tasting menu inspired by this year’s signature single ingredient – carrot – paired with exceptional Krug Champagne. The special featured carrot dish highlights the natural sweetness and versatility of carrots and is paired with a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée 172ème Édition. Guests can also make a reservation to try an exclusive six-course Krug x Carrot Chef’s Tasting Menu, complete with Krug’s cuvées pairings.

Upcoming Events
Divers’ Catch Gala to Celebrate BC’s Dive-Harvested Seafood with Top Chefs and Community
- Where: The Deck at Radisson Blu Event Hall (3500 Cessna Drive, Richmond)
- When: September 20th, 2025
- Details: This fall, The Deck at Radisson Blu in Richmond will transform into a showcase of geoduck, sea urchin and sea cucumber — delicacies sustainably hand-harvested by BC divers. The gala brings together a roster of chefs, seafood distributors, dive harvesters and food enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy creative tasting plates, meet the divers who harvest by hand with no bycatch and minimal ocean impact and support BC dive fisheries. New to the lineup are chefs Alex Kim (Five Sails), Tushar Tondvalkar (Kavita Restaurant), Brodie Swanson (Haida Gwaii), Hiroshi Hoshiko (Private Chef) and Cars Desserts, joining renowned names including Ned Bell, Dez Lo, Will Lew, Bobby Milheron, Welbert Choi and Bo Li.

Pasta Making Experiences at Glowbal
- Where: Italian Kitchen (860 Burrard St, Vancouver)
- When: September 20th, 2025
- Details: Italian Kitchen’s pasta making experiences are available in two formats for groups of six people and will lead participants on a hands-on journey into the world of hand-made pasta in the Italian fashion before indulging in a private and exclusive dining experience. The classes, which include a glass of Mionetto Prosecco or a non-alcoholic cocktail and a choice of a glass of red or white wine with dinner as well as an Italian Kitchen-branded apron and a pasta cutter wheel — are available as a Basic experience for $165 per person plus tax and gratuity or as a Corporate experience for $199 per person plus tax and gratuity.
Vinícola Portugal Returns for 4th Year at Heritage Hall
- Where: Vancouver’s Heritage Hall (3102 Main Street)
- When: September 27th, 2025
- Details: This fall, wine lovers are invited to explore one of Europe’s most under-appreciated wine regions at the fourth annual Vinícola Portugal. Founded by hospitality veteran and sommelier Justin Isidro, the boutique festival features more than 70 thoughtfully curated wines from 25 producers, offering a tasting journey through the diverse landscapes of Portugal. The four-hour tasting also features a pop-up wine shop by Sutton Place Wine Merchants, giving guests the opportunity to take home their favourites. A special Snack Bar by Arc Imports will offer light bites throughout the afternoon.

ELEM Welcomes Mexico City’s Less is More and Bijou Drinkery Room to Vancouver
with Pop-Ups
- Where: 2110 Main Street, Vancouver
- Details: This September, for two nights only, ELEM will welcome two of Mexico City’s most exciting cocktail bars for back-to-back guest shifts – Less is More (September 4, 2025) and the award-winning Bijou Drinkery Room (No. 34 on North America’s 50 Best Bars list, September 5, 2025). The visiting teams will join ELEM’s beverage director Winnie Sun behind the bar to present their signature pop-up cocktails, paired with à la carte menu items from executive chef Vish Mayekar.

Botanist New Winemakers Dinner Series this September
- Where: Botanist Garden (1038 Canada Place, Vancouver)
- Details: Botanist (MICHELIN ‘Exception Cocktails Award’) is launching its first Winemakers Dinner Series this September, starting with two celebrated international wine producers: Rieslingfreak from South Australia on September 9, 2025, and the esteemed Louis Roederer Champagne House on September 16, 2025.
- Rieslingfreak: Founder, owner, and winemaker John Hughes of Rieslingfreak, one of Australia’s most celebrated producers and a current finalist for Winery of the Year, will guide guests through a tasting journey of the Riesling grape. Founded in 2009, Rieslingfreak began as a passion project dedicated to showcasing the incredible range of Riesling. Today, the winery produces 11 distinct styles, each identified by a number representing both the region and the wine’s style. $219 per person (not inclusive of taxes or gratuity) – reserve your spot.
- Louis Roederer’s Champagne House: Stéphane Richer de Forges will showcase nine Champagnes from the historic house, founded in 1776 and known as one of the last great independent family-run Champagne houses. Guests will explore how distinct Champagne styles – including its Brut Nature Blanc 2014, Rosé Vintage, Carte Blanche Demi-Sec 243, Collection 244 or 245 – paired with Laguna’s dishes, culminating in a Cristal 2015 finale. $299 per person (not inclusive of taxes or gratuity) – reserve your spot.
Food Scraps Become Sculptures at the Fort Langley Community Hall
- Where: Fort Langley Community Hall, 9167 Glover Road, Langley Twp
- When: September 5 – 14th
- Details: “/stāj/ 3.0” presents a space where food scraps become sculpture, and where knowledge is reimagined through collaboration and play. As an interactive installation, /stāj/ 3.0 invites the public to step into the role of researcher, engaging in acts of cooking, art-making and scientific experimentation. Visitors will be encouraged to draw from their own lived experiences, collaborating with the artist and each other to challenge binaries between scientific “objectivity” and other less valued ways of knowing. All events are free and open to the public.
Fall on the Farm
- Where: Maan Farms (790 McKenzie Rd, Abbotsford)
- When: September 13 to November 2, 2025
- Details: Maan Farms is bringing back their Double Pumpkin Spice Cream. It’s made with roasted pumpkins from their patch and spiced with nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon then topped with a homemade ginger molasses cookie and whipped cream. New this year: They have an Apple Pie Samosa drizzled with cheesecake and caramel; and Apple Pie Nachos which is cinnamon-sugar chips served with warm apple pie filling and creamy vanilla soft serve. Alongside their made-to-order Deep Fried Mini Donuts there are take-home treats like Mama Maan’s signature Pumpkin Pie and more.
Cooking Classes at Well Seasoned in Langley

- When: Dates vary – reserve your spot
- Details: Well Seasoned, a gourmet food store, is offering many interactive cooking classes this fall for all skill levels and interests. How-to options include classes such as Pies, Tarts & Galettes with Chef Taniyaa, Beef Wellington Date Night with Chef Deniz, Cake Decorating with Chef Whitney and many more. Class registration fees are $129.99 per person.

Metro Vancouver Feast of Fields Festival
- Where: UBC Farm (3461 Ross Drive, Vancouver)
- When: Sunday September 7th, 2025 1:00pm to 4:00pm
- Details: The 30th Annual Metro Vancouver Feast of Fields Festival is being hosted at UBC Farm – a three-hour wandering harvest festival that celebrates the connections between farmers and chefs, field and table and farm folks and city-goers. With a wine glass and napkin in hand, you can stroll from tent to tent, sampling food and drink from some of the Lower Mainland’s finest chefs, bakers, food artisans, vintners, brewers, distillers and other beverage producers. Your ticket covers all food and beverages, allowing you to sample from the best of Metro Vancouver’s local food scene.
