The BC home and Garden Show has moved into BC Place this week with a lineup of industry professionals offering expert insights to help Lower Mainland homeowners jumpstart their home and garden projects for the year ahead.

BC Home and Garden Show at BC Place

Homeowners and design enthusiasts can receive expert advice on The Sleep Country Main Stage, presented by the Home Network and the Vancouver Sun. Renowned designer Sarah Richardson will headline the Show, appearing on Friday, March 14th at 6:00pm and Saturday, March 15th at 1:00pm. Joining her are industry experts including renovation specialists Jamie Banfield of Jamie Banfield Design, Graeme Huguet of MyHouse Design/Build/Team and Adam Weir, known for his role on Home Network’s Island of Bryan.

Vancouver’s top chefs, including Chef Bruno Feldeisen, Chef Behshad Zolnasr, Chef Johann Caner, Amanda Goodman Lee & Jeff Lee of Honey Bee Zen, Chef Lloyd Taganahan, Chef Adam Middleton and Chef Kai Leitner, will take the Cooking Stage presented by Flavour Network for live demos, sharing trade secrets and insights on dining trends. Attendees can watch, learn and taste as culinary masters showcase their expertise throughout the weekend.

Each day, local experts including Master Gardener Brian Minter, Erin Berkyto, Carissa Kasper, Emma Terrell and Trent Brown will share insights on the latest gardening trends, innovative design strategies and essential tips for keeping your garden thriving all year long. The Garden Retail Market will have a variety of plants, seeds and gardening essentials while learning how to create a thriving outdoor space tailored to their environment, whether it’s a sun-soaked backyard or a small urban patio.

The BC Hydro Learning Centre offers interactive exhibits on how to integrate clean power solutions into homes, save money on energy and contribute to a sustainable future. The Got Craft Pop-up Market will feature handmade jewelry, ceramics, artisan food and drink, and other locally crafted goods from emerging Vancouver artisans. Art lovers can browse a curated collection of one-of-a-kind paintings, prints and photography from local artists.
