Public Disco Blossom Party in Downtown Vancouver
There’s nothing like a block party in springtime and when you add in some beautiful cherry blossoms, dancing, and music, you’re in for a world of fun! Public Disco has partnered with the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival for a one-day block party in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, welcoming the season with music, art, and dance.

The celebration returns to the Dunsmuir Patio at Bentall Centre and this year it’s expanding with a full street closure, doubling the site capacity and creating more room to gather, move, and welcome spring together, just steps from the blossoms at Burrard SkyTrain Station.
Curated by Kozue, the tunes will be vinyl only, led by an all-femme lineup exploring groove through the art of records. Inspired by spring’s impermanence, the music unfolds naturally. Deep, eclectic selections flow across house, deep house, disco, soul, boogie, slow jams, and beyond, all in full bloom, guided by hands on wax. Music Lineup includes: Sakiko Nagai, Kozue, Niña Mendoza, Beiti.
There will also be a Play Zone with activations and kids activities, a live interactive mural by Becky Hill, food trucks, a blossom market inside FUNK Coffee Bar, some No Stress Chess, roaming performances, and more.
