The FIFA Fan Festival™ Vancouver will serve as British Columbia’s largest fan destination during the tournament.

Hastings Skatepark will shut down from late May through the end of July as part of preparations for this site. Vancouver host committee says the park sits inside the secured festival area and that maintaining public access is not feasible for security reasons.

Over in Victoria, the city will host a test-run viewing party on the lawn of the legislature on March 31st for a World Cup qualifying match. Following that match, the Canada-Tunisia international friendly from Toronto will be broadcast on the giant screen.
