The Canada-wide curling community includes athletes, coaches, volunteers and fans who embrace and value the life-long connections made possible through the sport.

Here are a few ways you can celebrate around Metro Vancouver:

Richmond Curling Club

Date/Time: Saturday, January 31 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Location: 5540 Hollybridge Way, Richmond
Details: Enjoy free ice time, equipment, and on-ice instruction. Richmond Curling Club instructors will be on hand to help you hurry hard and experience curling, whether you’re brand new or just curious. Afterward, stick around and keep the fun going at Trivia Night in the lounge from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

Vancouver Curling Club

Date/Time: Saturday, January 31 Currently waitlisted 6:00pm, 8:15pm, 9:00pm
Location: Hillcrest Centre (4575 Clancy Loranger Way, Vancouver)
Details: Try curling with the Vancouver Curling Club, $10 for an hour. The Vancouver Curling Club is located in the facility that hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games curling competitions. With eight sheets of ice in a modern, bright and accessible building, the VCC has over 1,700 members who participate in 28 weekly leagues.

Marpole Curling Club

Date/Time: Various throughout January and February
Location: Marpole Curling Club (8730 Heather St, Vancouver)
