Presented by OURO Collective and now in its second edition, the festival brings together national and international artists, plus artists and audiences from across the region for theatre performances, workshops, a late-night dance party, and professional development workshops for dancers.
Festival Schedule
This year the festival showcases artists who are redefining how street dance can live in theatre, workshops, and community dialogue with events.

- The electrifying opening night of OUROFEST at the Mainstage at Massey Theatre (New Westminster). Experience bold new works by BC’s own Cristina Bucci (2023 Jacqueline Lemieux Prize) and Joanne Park, alongside a special performance from international guest artist all the way from Greece, TARANTISM.

- The electrifying opening night of OUROFEST at the Mainstage at Massey Theatre (New Westminster). Experience bold new works by BC’s own Cristina Bucci (2023 Jacqueline Lemieux Prize) and Joanne Park, alongside a special performance from international guest artist all the way from Greece, TARANTISM.
- Saturday, November 15th at 8:00pm
- The second night of the fest at the Mainstage at Massey Theatre features work by BC’s own Lewen Han, plus the highly anticipated return of Casual Gay Funk. World-renowned international guest artist RubberLegz (Germany/LA) will be performing an electrifying duet with Matt Luck where partnership is forged through conflict and connection.The evening is capped off with an after party in studio 1C to celebrate with the artists and community.

OURO Collective is a Vancouver-based dance company that creates, performs, and produces new works rooted in street dance culture. OUROFEST was founded to connect audiences with the global street-dance community and to expand access to high-quality performance and training opportunities. OURO Collective is currently made up of five members from across Metro Vancouver.
