Loam Bistro (230 Esplanade W, North Vancouver) is serving up seasonal comfort this Thanksgiving with two festive features to enjoy all weekend long. From Saturday, October 11 through Monday, October 13, enjoy a special Morning Turkey Brunch. Savour tender roasted turkey slices with house-made gravy, creamy squash purée, and walnut-cranberry stuffing, served with a crisp frisée salad topped with roasted squash and toasted pumpkin seeds. For something sweet, indulge in the Apple Walnut Crumble, featuring slow-baked spiced apples under a golden walnut topping, finished with vanilla cream and a drizzle of salted caramel. Honey Salt (39 Smithe St, Vancouver) has a Dine-In Thanksgiving Menu for either a three-course menu ($59 per person, $30 wine pairing available) or a family-style feast. Lavantine (833 W Pender, Vancouver) will have a dine-in family-style feast from October 10-12 ($295 per package | Serves up to 6 people). The special package features a Mezze Platter with babaganoush, tzatziki, hummus, pita, crudité, and pickles, followed by a generous Lamb Platter including striploin, kebab, chops, and tenderloin, served with saffron pilaf and broccolini with pul biber, walnut, and labneh. Fairmont Hotel Vancouver serves up a Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet October 11th and 12th at 11:15am and 1:30pm ($95 adults, $49 children). Gather with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving with a decadent brunch buffet, featuring a chef-attended carving station, classic brunch favourites, and a plethora of sweets from the in-house pastry shop. Fairmont Waterfront is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner at ARC Restaurant, from Executive Chef Harris Sakalis, October 12th and 13th from 5:30pm to 10:00pm ($79 adults, $40 children). Starting with a cozy roasted kabocha squash soup, followed by a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings and finished with a sweet slice of pecan pie topped with bourbon caramel and vanilla ice cream. Fairmont Pacific Rim will also have a Thanksgiving Brunch at Botanist from Saturday, October 11 to Monday, October 13 curated by Executive Chef Hector Laguna. Takeout Thanksgiving Meals
White Spot’s Roast Turkey Dinners area available for takeout. $26 per person includes turkey breast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, carrots and broccoli, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy. The Dinner for Two is $52 and includes a 5″ personal-sized apple or pumpkin pie. Order online in advance.

The package includes herb-roasted Rossdown Farms turkey with all the fixings—sourdough stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pan gravy, maple-glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts, salad, butter rolls, and pumpkin pie. Add-ons include Black Truffle Mac & Cheese and Honey Salt’s famous Brookies.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (Blue Hat Bakery-Café) (1505 W 2nd Ave #101, Vancouver) this Feast To-Go is back, packed with all the holiday classics you love, from rosemary and sage brined roasted turkey and turkey leg roulade to creamy buttermilk mashed potatoes, maple-roasted baby carrots, and Brussels sprouts with candied walnuts. The feast is complete with herb stuffing, traditional gravy, orange-whiskey cranberry sauce, and two mini pumpkin pies with Chantilly cream. Each order serves two and is available for $139. Fairmont Vancouver Thanksgiving Turkey To-Go from Executive Chef Mike Reid. All you need to do is pick up your order on Sunday, October 12th and warm it for your guests when you’re ready to eat. Full Turkey $475 serves 8-10; Half Turkey $315 serves 4-5. Ordering deadline is October 9th, pickup date is October 12th.
Boulevard’s Turkey Dinner To-Go is a thoughtfully crafted multi-course feast including sage-roasted turkey with all the trimmings, featuring brioche chestnut apple stuffing, honey-glazed carrots and caramel apple pie. Packages are available in a variety of sizes, serving 4-10 guests, with enhancements such as BLVD cornbread, Chef Roger Ma’s reserve caviar, and artisanal charcuterie. Pre-orders until October 7th, with pick-up available October 11th & 12th.
The Lazy Gourmet Turkey Menu is available for lunch ($38 per person, minimum 10 guests) and dinner ($46 per person, minimum six guests). It features mixed green and endive salad with roasted fennel, basil, orange sections, sliced red onions and Campari dressing and a show-stopping lineup of mains that includes paprika, oregano, garlic and thyme spiced turkey, charred Brussels sprouts with lime ginger dressing, Boursin mashed potatoes, sage brioche stuffing, ginger cranberry sauce, signature Lazy Gourmet Gravy and espresso chocolate silk tart with gourmet add-ons that include vegan pot pie, French bread rolls with whipped chive butter, and 8” pumpkin pies. The deadline to order the Turkey Menu for Thanksgiving is October 7th at 4:00pm with orders available to be picked up at The Lazy Gourmet (1545 West 3rd Ave) on October 9th, 10th and 11th.
Rosie’s BBQ Turkey Tailgate will pull up to the Riley Park Farmers Market and Batch Plaza of Nations offering up delicious slow-smoked turkey dinners to take home and enjoy with family and friends. Rosie’s sugar brines fresh turkeys for 24 hours then stuffs them with onions and oranges and slowly smokes them over maple, birch, and cherry woods for a rich flavour and unrivalled tenderness. The feasts are rounded out with locally sourced, Southern-inspired sides and accompaniments made from scratch like savory smoked mac and cheese and housemade cornbread alongside buttermilk mashed Pemberton potatoes, bread stuffing, and pan-roasted local veggies. The full turkey dinners feed 8-10 people for $295 with half dinners for 4-5 people available for $195. On Saturday, October 11th at Riley Park, the feasts will be offered fully cooked to “heat and eat” at home and at Batch on Sunday, October 12th, they’ll be fully cooked and kept warm in the smoker until pickup. For bigger groups or custom feasts, Rosie’s famous briskets ($185) and whole smoked country hams ($185) will also be available to order and pick up. Railtown Catering (397 Railtown St, Vancouver) is offering Turkey-To-Go packages, each featuring a juicy sage-roasted turkey accompanied by chef-crafted fixings and sides like apricot chestnut brioche bread stuffing, maple-glazed sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts with toasted almonds. To finish, a house-made pumpkin pie with piped chantilly cream is the perfect sweet treat. They are available in two sizes: Full, with a whole turkey and enough sides to feed 10-12 people for $475 or the smaller gathering option of the Half Package at $325 for 5-6 guests.
