Vancouver Pride Parade weekend is here! On Sunday, August 3 the Pride Parade route has been reversed, this time departing from False Creek and culminating with a celebration in the heart of Davie Village. Enjoy music, drag, dancing, and more all weekend!

Vancouver Pride Parade 2025

The Vancouver Pride Parade returns on Sunday, August 3, 2025 drawing over 100,000 attendees with a weekend full of fun events. Join local community groups, non-profit organizations, businesses and more all showcasing their support and pride for the 2SLGBTQAI+ communities this August long weekend.

  • When: Sunday, August 3, 2025
    • 1:00pm – Parade begins at Concord Pacific Place
      • From 11:30am to 2:30pm BC Place is also hosting a Pride Pit Stop with a pancake breakfast before the parade starts
    • 3:30pm – Parade ends, head over to the Davie Village Pride Festival and Nelson Park which is between Thurlow, Bute, Comox, and Nelson.

Vancouver Pride Parade Route

The parade will begin at Concord Pacific Place, proceed along Pacific Avenue to the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Burrard Street. Festival-goers can then make their way over to Davie Village via Burrard or Pacific to continue the party in the West End.

Road closures include Pacific, parts of Hornby and Burrard. Then for the festival after the parade, Davie Street (from Burrard to Jarvis) will be closed. More info to come in the next few days!

Accessibility at the Pride Parade

Parade accessibility viewing zones are located outside Roundhouse Community Centre and are free to access on a first come first served basis.

David Lam Park feature food and beverage services, washrooms with wheelchair accessible stall, and shaded areas. The Roundhouse Community Centre features washrooms with wheelchair accessible unit, street-side porta potties, water refill, flat pavement with a mixture of concrete and smooth brick surfaces, ramp between street level and Roundhouse building. This location is a 2 minute walk (130 meters) from Yaletown Roundhouse Canada Line station. First aid locations will be available along the parade route.

ASL interpretation (1:00pm to 3:00pm): Guests wanting to be seated within this area can check in at the Info Tent from 11:00am

Audio Description (1:00pm to 3:00pm): Vocal Eye parade description services will be available. Guests wanting to be seated within this area can locate the Vocal Eye tent at the south east corner of the Davie St and Pacific Blvd intersection (outside RBC). This seating can be booked in advance.

Low Sensory Room (11:30am to 3:00pm) provided by Canucks Autism Network, guests wishing to access this space can find it inside Roundhouse Community Centre Room C. Volunteers at the Info Tent (Davie St at Pacific Blvd) can help to direct you.

Reserved Seating and Shaded Areas: Folks requiring an accessible seating option to enjoy the parade are welcome to check in at the Info Tent (Davie St at Pacific Blvd) from 11:00am. Space is limited so arriving before noon is recommended. The seniors shade area (11:00am to 3:00pm) hosted by Amica Canada, includes shaded seating, water and snacks in close proximity to washrooms and commentary from Vancouver Pride Parade’s emcees. Check in at the Info Tent to access this space from 11am onwards.

Heat Precautions, Shade, and Water: Please bring a water bottle and sun protection with you! Water refilling is available inside Roundhouse Community Centre and David Lam Park (by the washrooms). Arrive early to find a shaded area for parade viewing. Please notify a staff or volunteer if you need support.

Transit

The SkyTrain stations closest the parade route are Stadium–Chinatown Station (Expo Line), Burrard Station (Expo Line) and Yaletown–Roundhouse Station (Canada Line).

Burrard Station is about a 20-minute walk to one end of the parade route at Burrard Street and Pacific Street, while Stadium–Chinatown Station is a 10-minute walk to the other. Yaletown–Roundhouse Station is steps from Pacific Boulevard and Davie Street, which is the roughly the parade’s midpoint.

For customers arriving at Waterfront Station, transfer to a bus along Granville Street to reach the parade route on Pacific Street and and Pacific Boulevard.
