Mon Paris Pâtisserie Chocolate Easter Eggs

  • Where: 4396 Beresford Street, Burnaby
  • When: Now Available, open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Details: Available for online pre-orders and in-store pickup, Mon Paris’ special Easter themed lineup includes a half Easter Egg with assorted chocolates with an edible dark chocolate flower ($25); small Easter Eggs filled with assorted chocolates ($28); and large Easter Egg wedge showpieces in a variety of colours with caramelized nuts and fruits in dark or milk chocolate varieties ($35). Available until April 21st or while supplies last.

Chez Christophe Easter Collection

  • When: March 29th to April 20th, open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Details: Award-winning Chez Christophe Chocolaterie Patisserie has launched its Easter Chocolate and Dessert Collection for 2025. Known for their delicacies every holiday, the entire collection is now available for pre-order online and in-store, with select pickup dates available here. Options vary from a 6-piece gourmet egg carton of chocolate eggs, bunny showpieces and other farm animals, origami chocolate, carrot cake chicks and much more.

  • When: Now Available, open for takeout orders and pickup on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 7:00am to 5:00pm and on Sundays from 8:00am to 3:00pm
  • Details: Temper Chocolate & Pastry’s latest seasonal collection of spring-themed confections for Easter are now available. The delicious lineup includes:
    • Egg Cartons filled with mini eggs ($42), Large Chocolate Bunnies in white, milk or dark varieties ($75) and a choice of Large Easter Eggs, Carrots or Pig/Chicken showpieces ($35)
    • Fresh Fruit Pastries: choice of Fruit Tarts with Pastry Cream, Gateau Basque or Lemon Tart Cheesecakes ($9.50)
    • Hot Cross Buns available individually ($4.75) or 6/12 packs ($25/$49) in fresh, ready to eat or take-and-bake varieties

Fairmont Easter Specials and Brunch

  • Fairmont Waterfront Brunch: Fairmont Waterfront ARC Restaurant is celebrating Easter with an special edition of its signature Bottomless Brunch featuring bottomless tasting plates on Sunday, April 20. Guests can savour unlimited shareable dishes, including brunch favourites like lobster mac and cheese, buttermilk fried chicken & waffles and the crowd-favourite ooey gooey skillet. Each table will also receive a family-sized Daniel Chocolates Easter egg filled with sweet treats to crack open. Seasonal sips include Easter-themed cocktails such as the Hey Hoppy and Boozy Bunny, along with a tableside Caesar cart for custom-crafted Caesars.

  • Fairmont Pacific Rim: From Friday, April 18 to Monday, April 21st enjoy a three-course Easter brunch as a tribute to the season, with vibrant flavours, artful dishes and a refreshing welcome beverage to begin your experience. They are featuring a trio of carved favourites – Oven-Roasted Prime Rib, Roast Ham and Lamb Leg – alongside brunch signatures like Lobster Benedict and Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Risotto.
    • Seatings: 11:30am – 2:30pm (last reservations taken at 1:30 pm)

  • Fairmont Hotel Vancouver: Notch8 is excited to host Easter brunch Sunday, April 20 with a bountiful buffet of seasonal favourites, from fresh seafood to mouthwatering brunch classics and decadent sweets. Savour the rich flavours of freshly prepared dishes, including artisan pastries, perfectly roasted meats and a selection of vibrant, fresh salads.

Selene Aegean Bistro Introduces Brunch

  • Where: 360 Penticton Street, Vancouver
  • When: Weekends beginning April 5th
  • Details: Selene Aegean Bistro is bringing the warmth and flavours of the Mediterranean to weekend mornings with the launch of their new brunch menu. Inspired by the coastal cuisines of Greece and Turkey, they feature both savoury and sweet dishes, from meze-style bites to larger plates. Examples on their menu include Shakshuka with soft-poached eggs and tirokafteri, Cilbir with baharat chili crunch and tzatziki and Pistachio Honey Toast with whipped ganache and toasted coconut. Brunch service begins Saturday, April 5th and Sunday, April 6th with reservations available now online.

Provence Marinaside New Menu and Seasonal Dishes

  • Where: 1177 Marinaside Crescent, Vancouver
  • When: Now Available, Monday through Friday: 10:00am to 11:00pm Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am to 11:00pm
  • Details: To welcome spring, Provence Marinaside in Yaletown has shared a new Chef’s Tasting Menu, fresh seasonal dishes and a summer spritz collection.
    • The Chef’s Tasting seven-course menu is priced at $120 per person with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $55. It will be available every day for dinner in addition to the regular menu. However, it must be ordered in advance through Open Table with a non-refundable payment.
    • New on the Breakfast and Brunch Menus are two Tartines (French open-faced sandwiches) served on baguettes – Beef Tenderloin and Smoked Steelhead with Avocado. In addition, a Lamb Haché Tartine is available only on the Brunch Menu.
    • The summer spritz collection features four new spritzes – the Lavender Haze, the French Spritz, the Corsican G&T and the Mistral.

Kits Beach Coffee Introduces Après Beach Happy Hour

  • Where: 1945 Cornwall Avenue, Vancouver
  • When: Now Available daily from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
  • Details: Known for their beloved cafe drinks, Kits Beach Coffee has launched their new Après Beach Happy Hour. To make this even more convenient, the café will be extending its hours to 7:00am to 7:00pm daily, ensuring that guests can enjoy their favourite drinks, food and baked goods all day long. The Après Beach Happy Hour menu features a selection of $6 beers, $7 wines and cider and $8 cocktails, paired with shared plates or their all-day café food menu. Plus, enjoy a handcrafted offering of free-spirit NA cocktails in the evening.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse ‘Art of Teppanyaki’ New Menu

  • Where: 1042 Alberni Street, Vancouver
  • When: Now Available until May 31st, Mondays through Thursdays from 5:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Details: Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is honoring their Teppanyaki focus with a set themed menu until May 31st. Offered exclusively during the week, Kobe’s Art of Teppanyaki menu features appetizers (seasonal vegetables, grilled shrimp and Shabu Shabu soup), flame-kissed and butter-basted tiger prawns, premium-cut sirloin steak and tender teriyaki chicken, sautéed bean sprouts, steamed Japanese rice and artisanal gelato for dessert – $58 per person plus tax and gratuity.   • Details: Celebrate the Cherry Blossom Festival with Sweet 7’s two strawberry-inspired drinks, available now at the Vancouver and Richmond locations only until April 27th. The Strawberry Coconut Bliss ($7.95) features a blend of fresh strawberry slush, coconut cream and coconut milk jelly. Alternatively, the Strawberry Coconut Candy ($7.75) is made with handmade strawberry cheese foam, coconut water, jelly and fresh strawberry chunks – and offers a perfect balance of sweetness and texture.

The Flying Pig “Oh Canada” Menu

  • Where: 1168 Hamilton Street, Vancouver
  • When: Now Available
  • Details: The Flying Pig has a new “Oh Canada” menu, featuring local, fresh and seasonal ingredients to celebrate Canadian products. The menu will change every 30 days, maintaining a Canadian theme to support local producers.
    • Appetizers include golden fried BC oysters with pickle and dill dip, Alberta beef croquettes with red wine-braised beef and cheesy risotto, PEI mussels with fennel, tomato, white wine, and spicy frites and Canadian bison carpaccio with pickled shallots, sliced mushrooms and local microgreens.
    • For main courses, the menu features Fraser Valley game hen with smashed BC potatoes and roasted carrots, BC ling cod with local prawn risotto and Atlantic lobster cream and a PEI beef cheek ragu with red wine-braised beef cheek and pappardelle.
    • Desserts include a Quebec maple sugar pie, based on an old family recipe.
    • The featured cocktail, the Okanagan Sunrise, is made with Reifel rye, elderflower, apple, lemon and sparkling wine. The wine selection includes options by the glass and bottle, highlighting local BC wineries such as Monte Creek, Lake Breeze and Burrowing Owl.

Chambar Launches Apprentice Dinner Series

  • Where: 568 Beatty Street, Vancouver
  • When: Launched April 1, full program released over the next few months
  • Details: Chambar is celebrating mentorship, creativity and the next generation of culinary talent with the launch of its inaugural Apprentice Dinner Series in April. Each month a rising talent from its kitchen will take the reins, presenting a menu inspired by their heritage under the guidance of co-founder Chef Nico Schuermans (pictured above). Diners will have a unique opportunity to engage with the apprentice chefs, discover their stories and savour their dishes during a long-table dining experience. Following the launch, the four-course set menu will remain available throughout the month.

1,000 Crane Challenge: Fold for a Cause with Fairmont Vancouver Airport and Make-A-Wish Canada

  • Where: Vancouver International Airport, 3111 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond
  • When: Now until April 29th
  • Details: In celebration of Vancouver’s cherry blossom season, Fairmont Vancouver Airport is launching an initiative to fold 1,000 origami cranes in support of Make-A-Wish Canada. From March 28th to April 29th, guests and employees alike are invited to participate in The 1,000 Crane Challenge alongside fundraising efforts in Jetside Bar. Guests can contribute to the cause by donating $3 to Make-A-Wish Canada, either through the purchase of a Bento Box (priced at $36 and available for lunch or dinner, pictured above) or by direct donation at the front desk. On April 29, World Wish Day, Fairmont Vancouver Airport will conclude the fundraiser, celebrating the generosity of those who contributed throughout the cherry blossom season.
