Great Outdoors Comedy Festival in Stanley Park
byIt’s always fun to see events happening in Stanley Park and this one is unique for Vancouver! The Great Outdoors Comedy Festival will be taking place September 15-16, 2023 around Brockton Oval in Stanley Park with headliners Russell Peters and Kevin Hart, along with a lineup of friends who will join them each night.

- When: Friday, September 15 & Saturday, September 16, 2023
- Doors at 5:30 (VIP) / 6:30 (GA) / Show at 7:45pm
- Where: Stanley Park (Brockton Oval area)
- Tickets: VIP is SOLD OUT, General Admission Tier 3 is still available for each day from $79-$99. This event is no minors (19+ only) and is a go rain or shine.

A portion of the festival proceeds will support Talaysay Tours: Authentic Indigenous Cultural & Eco Experiences, with 50/50 raffle proceeds in support of the Stanley Park Ecology Society.
No Phone Policy
Kevin Hart’s performance on September 16th will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted on the festival grounds during that time. Upon arrival at the event you will be given a Yondr pouch. Read more here.
Traffic Change Notice from the Vancouver Park Board
From Monday, September 11 to Tuesday, September 19 the Totem Pole parking lot will be closed to the public, for use as a production area. Tour bus and accessible parking will be available on Stanley Park Drive.
Organizers have hosted events in Edmonton, Calgary, and Halifax this year and say their mission is: “to create an inclusive and safe experience that celebrates and features all forms of performance comedy, from locals to superstars. All while celebrating and supporting the communities and beautiful parks we visit.”
