10 Terry Fox Runs in Metro Vancouver
byThe 39th annual Terry Fox Run is coming up on September 15, 2019 in communities across Canada – and the world. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of age, athletic ability or socio-economic standing. While the Run does not have an entry fee or minimum donation the Terry Fox Foundation does ask that all participants fundraise or make a donation.
You can raise funds online, use a pledge sheet or make a donation at the Run site. Whatever your choice, please know that every dollar counts!

Here are just a few of the many Terry Fox Runs in Metro Vancouver on Sunday:
Vancouver
Stanley Park
Where: Ceperly Park near Second Beach within Stanley Park
When: 8:00am registration, 10:00am run start
Route: 3 km, 10 km. Suitable for bicycles and wheelchairs/strollers. Dogs on leash welcome.
North Vancouver
Where: Inter River Park, 1301 Lillooet Road
When: 9:00am registration, 10:00am start time
Route: 2.5 km, 5 km. Not suitable for bicycles, wheelchairs, strollers or rollerblades. Dogs on leash welcome.
West Vancouver
Where: 2411 Dundarave Lane – Innovative Fitness
When: 8:00am registration, 9:00am start time
Route: 1 km, 5 km. Suitable for wheelchairs/strollers. Dogs on leash are welcome.
Surrey
Fraser Heights
Where: Fraser Heights Recreation Centre; 10588 160th Street, Surrey
When: 7:30am registration, 9:00am run start

Where: Garry Point Park, (west end of Chatham Rd., near Steveston Village)
When: 9:00am registration, 10:00am start time
Route: 1 km, 5 km, 10 km. Bikes are accessible on the West Dyke for all routes; Wheelchairs may not be accessible due to a rough surface on the West Dyke and pathways around the park; Rollerblades are NOT accessible. Dogs on leash okay.
